This is my third trip with Journee and it’s never disappointed, it just keeps getting better each time. I travelled solo for my birthday and it exceeded my expectations. The accommodation in Budapest was beautiful in a great location where most things to do were in walking distance. The excursions planned were perfect for me and the Google tips were extremely helpful. I ate lots met lots of people and experienced Hungarian culture.
My trip was well organised, the clues were helpful and playful and the trip proposal was spot on. I will definitely be travelling with Journee again!

What a truly amazing experience!!! I can’t say enough of how awesome the whole trip was, including the months leading up to it. My friend and I love traveling but we are both too busy to plan a good/thorough international vacation. Literally, everything was out of our hands (except packing). We were most concerned about our safety, specifically around the accommodations areas. The accommodations completely blew us away. They couldn’t have been more perfectly located. The tour guides we had were dynamite!!!! They all went above and beyond for us. One of them even found a local tattoo shop that was open and made us an appointment in their language. Our trip was magical and I cannot wait to do it again. I give Journee a million stars.

After a colleague recommended them, we thought we'd complete the Journee questionnaire and see what we got. We liked the itinerary they sent and booked our 5 day break. Journee covered everything; both our hotels were excellent, trains were booked between locations and two amazing excursions were set up. Both of them were fantastic and it's unlikely we'd have thought to book anything like them if we'd done this on our own. We will definitely use Journee again. That colleague has already booked their next trip

If you're looking for something a little more exciting than your average holiday, Journee is the company to go with. We picked Journee to arrange our trip away for our wedding anniversary and it was brilliant.
From the very start the staff were very accommodating and managed to put together a fantastic trip with everything including flights, accomodation, day trips and travel all within our budget.

When we found out our destination at the airport, all of the information we needed was right there in the provided itinerary and available in the Journee passport on our phones. Everything was made really simple and we had such a great time, Journee even sent a bottle of bubbly with a nice note to our hotel upon arrival.

Don't hesitate with this, just book it.

Loved the idea of being paired with a mystery destination which matched with what I would look for in a holiday. Journee definitely delivered on this! From clues leading up to leaving, everything being organised for me including my flights, accomodation, transfer from the airport and activities to help me explore in my mystery destiantion, Journee could not have made it easier. I liked the addition of the weather/packing list to help me decide what to take to wear. They even had emergency contact info available incase it was needed while away (thankfully I didn't) and a number I could text if anything needed updated before I left - like to change my passport info for the flights they booked when I updated my passport. The accomodation booked was really nice and felt safe for a solo traveller. I really enjoyed the experiences that were booked for me and were a great way to explore the area and see some beautiful sights. I enjoyed that the way they planned the trip for me also left me with time to explore for myself as well as the expereiences they had planned. I would 100% like to do another Journee trip in the future (and I think several of my friends might too having seen all my photos) and would definitely recommend this if you like the idea of having a holiday to a mystery destination all planned for you!

This was my first time booking a trip with Journee and I had a great experience! I was really excited by the idea of the surprise destination and my trip did not disappoint. The accommodation was perfect for me and was in a really good location a short walk away from the main square. The excursions were the best ones I've done on any trip and the airport transfer was excellent - the driver was like a tour guide! I'm already planning to book my next Journee trip, and look forward to guessing where my next destination might be.

Our second Journee trip, and a very different but equally amazing holiday. This was over two locations - in the first our hotel room was upgraded in an already luxurious establishment, and the staff were so helpful. The second hotel was more boutique than luxurious and set centrally in a fascinating old town full of delicious food and laid back bars. Our experiences were great, guided tours of historical sites, but the highlight was private dining at the home of a wonderful local chef.

Journee were with us all the way when I lost my phone and ensured we felt supported and could still stay in touch.

First time using Journee and we had a great experience! Everything was so well organised and tailored perfectly to our responses to the questionnaires. The clues in the run up to our holiday kept us guessing and only built on our excitement! Would definitely recommend

Just returned from a fabulous week in Italy! We enjoyed a perfect blend of busy days, and days with down time to explore on our own. As people who plan all aspects of our lives, surrendering the planning to Journee was a challenge for us, but we let go and let Journee handle it all! Not one regret or disappointment! We were so appreciative of the details that were provided for each day of our trip, and never found ourselves confused or challenged. 100% will book through Journee again!

I really appreciated that, even though they work to keep things a surprise, I could be sure things were tailored to me through the survey and the questions about places you want to see or want to avoid. It was fun to guess at clues. Most importantly, the team was very responsive via WhatsApp when we had questions before and during the trip, and feel personable in their chats.

If my husband and I could give Journee 10 stars we would! From beginning to end the trip was more than we could have hoped for. We were sent to Romania and we never would have picked that for ourselves and we loved it! My husband and I are fairly well traveled but this trip was for our anniversary, so we wanted to do something different. The clues they sent before the trip were so much fun and really built the excitement for the trip. We were blown away by the material (the quality and tons of details) that you have access to, once your destination is unlocked. I'm usually quite the planner, so this was very outside of my comfort zone, but once I got to see in detail what we were doing, I knew we were in good hands. The day prior to each excursion, the guide or company contacted me with additional details so I didn't feel so blind going into each one (since I didn't plan it). We met a fellow Journee traveler on a tour, which was really fun to share our experiences with someone else in real time. We did opt to upgrade our accommodations and I can not recommend this enough. They were incredible (one looked straight out of a movie) and even spoiled us for our anniversary. If you're having any hesitation (which I did initially), don't. Book now! We can not recommend Journee enough!

We have just got back from a wonderful city break.
Every part of the holiday was organised by Journee.
Be honest when you fill in the questionnaire and you will not be disappointed.
We will definitely use Journee again, all the hard work is done for you and it's so exciting not knowing where you're going.

Absolutely brilliant memorable company surprise trips new memories

Unfortunately, I didn’t get very far in this process. I completed the survey to select my trip preferences, and at the end I was provided the general region of the trip (Europe which was one of the places I included on my survey that I DID NOT want to visit). I couldn’t see ANY other details without paying a fee (I believe it was labeled a “Deposit”). Since I was already disinterested in the location, I didn’t bother paying any money for the trip details. I may return to Journee when additional locations are included.

FYI - I received a text from Journee that stated, “If you're still on the fence, we'll hand the mic to every Explorer that's left us a review - good, bad, or otherwise…”. Hopefully, the other reviews are from honest reviewers, and not just people incentivized by a similar text.

This was our third Journee trip. We just love the way they do all the researching whether it is flights, hotels, activities and then of course the surprise element. All based on budget and info given. We have enjoyed every trip and trust their judgement based on our requirements. We have done things (like white water rafting) that we would not have thought of doing and are still coming back for more!

I did not have to even think about organising or booking anything!
I felt safe also because Journee were always easy to contact via WhatsApp.
All of the information given beforehand helped me to prepare for somewhere I did not know I was going to! This was excellent thank you Journee!
The clues were intriguing and made my imminent trip even more exciting, my family and friends loved getting involved with that (tho I had to tell them to stay quiet if they had an idea about my destination!) My friend is Head of Geography and I think she knew where I was going by clue 8 but she didn’t tell me!
I wouldn’t have chosen this destination if left to my own devices but I’m so thankful to Journee for opening my mind!
I will opt for the higher quality accommodation on my next Journee trip.

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – The Best Travel Experience We've Ever Had!**

Journee is hands-down the best travel company we've ever used. My partner and I took a blind trip with them and ended up in the **Azores**—a destination we never would have picked ourselves, but now absolutely love.

From the moment we booked to the day we returned home, Journee handled *everything*. Daily excursions, sightseeing, local experiences—every day was planned to perfection, and all we had to do was show up and enjoy. They even provided a detailed guide with local phrases, where to shop, what food to try, and what clothes to bring. It made everything feel easy and exciting.

We took this trip to step out of our routine and let go—and we’re so glad we did. We felt **safe, supported, and completely taken care of** the entire time. Every day brought something new, and we had so much fun exploring and making memories.

I genuinely believe everyone should experience a trip like this at least once in their life. It was freeing, unforgettable, and honestly magical. We’ll absolutely be booking with Journee again—and hopefully soon!

I cannot recommend booking with Journee enough! I wanted to take an adventure and visit somewhere I may not have necessarily chosen myself, and Journee totally delivered. I was whisked off to Greece with every little thing planned, no stress, and activities that I definitely would have been too nervous to book on my own. Journee pushed me out of my comfort zone, and it was incredible. Everyone should try this at least once!

After seeing trip reveals on social media and knowing someone who went through the experience, I finally made the plunge in March and the mystery trip was booked for August. I loved receiving the 8 clues and trying to guess where I might be going and I resisted the urge to cheat by googling them! On the day my destination reveal was Prague. I was well impressed by everything Journee delivered, to the flights, hotel, excursions and the travel guide with map links and city information. Highly recommend. As a female solo traveller it was fun letting go of the planning and instead making most of the time to truly explore a new city.
