Exactly the place I wanted. The accommodations perfect. All the activities fit what I like to do. Loved all of them. Just the right amount of free time.

Journee sacrifices the quality of the overall trip experience for quantity. They had me staying in the Ghetto and attending low budget tours that didn’t even pick me up and drop me off at my hotel. The airline they chose was the most filthy trashy airline I’ve ever seen. I ended up spending more money on a new hotel and flight home.

Journee made everything so easy…from fun survey, to exciting proposals and taking care of everything. Our accomodation was beautiful. We enjoyed most of the excursions and managed to put some of our own into the schedule. Was great for a shorter city break holiday. Would definitely use again and try out their beach holidays! I am such a meticulous planner and it was so nice to let the reins go and trust in Journee. Thank you!

We went on a Journee trip in early June 2025 and they sent us to Albania. It was incredible having everything booked for us, but especially the hotel and excursions because this part requires so much research to make sure you find reputable, clean and safe hotels and activities. Journee did this for us!

Definitely make sure you are okay going on group guided activities before you book- I'm not sure of it was just the way we filled out our questionnaire but all of our activities were group. This didn't bother us at all because they were great but I just wanted to say in case this is something you don't like.

Overall, I would 100% recommend this to a friend and would do a Journee trip again in the future

A great experience! Was so exciting to receive the clues and to discuss where we thought we might be going. The trip was well planned and the excursions right up our street. Our hotel was close to the city centre and the booklet provided useful tips on best places to visit. Journee were very responsive to any questions I had. Would highly recommend.

Everything about my Journee experience, from the questionnaire to the clues to the trip itself, was outstanding! They really got it right when it came to the hotels, cities, and excursions. I was getting so overwhelmed trying to plan a trip on my own that I decided to take a chance on Journee, and I am so glad I did. I would 100% recommend Journee to anyone wanting a custom-made international trip.

This was a truly memorable trip! We had so much fun pre-trip guessing where we were going and reading into the clues. Then the trip itself was perfect for us. The destination (Puglia, Italy) was gorgeous, our accommodations were very comfortable and in great locations, and the excursions were fun and interesting. We loved not having to plan anything! Journee planned a great trip for us based on our questionnaire responses. We’d love to do another Journee excursion in the future!

Everything about the experience was great - from filling in the initial questionnaire to perusing the offer to then the build-up and anticipation to where you're going. The holiday itself was great fun, the instructions from Journee were clear and concise. There were no issues with any of the bookings including transfers between cities. If you're unsure of where you want to go next on holiday then this is a really good, fun way to choose! I'll probably use them again and would have no qualms recommending them to others.

Had a great little holiday with Journee. Nothing I couldn't have organised myself- if I'm to be honest- but then again sometimes you don't have the time or the inclination to do so. And the experience of setting off to the airport without an idea of where you were going (probably says a lot about my poor grasp of European history but no, didn't guess from the clues!) was very exciting. Loved the destination, adored my little air bnb and thoroughly enjoyed the time away by myself. I did meet a couple of other 'Journey girls' who were on their 2nd or 3rd trips, and they raved about the support they had received from Journee on previous trips when they had stumbled upon minor problems. Must say, I encountered no problems. Everything was so well organised. Would do again, and would recommend 100% 😃 Bravo!! 👏

I work a lot and dont have time to book something exciting - I needed someone to plan the most amazing adventure ever.
These guys delivered, from start to finish what an adventure! - they thought of every detail making the whole experience a truly memorable one.
As a solo explorer, I would throughly recommed, location was perfect, experience was perfect and the provided details had been done with notable care.

Me and my mom are so glad we found Journee! It can sometimes take us hours to book and plan a holiday so it was a real treat to have it all done for us. Not to mention it being an exciting surprise and getting clues each week that we could use to guess where we were going. The hotel was lovely and we were really happy with the location it was in. We can’t wait to book the next one!

Every detail was considered! We were nervous to do a mystery experience - we aren’t spring chickens and I was worried about the hotels and flight being rough - NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT. Every experience, accommodation, transportation, you name it, was amazing. The Journee guide was easy to follow and the trip exceeded my expectations. My husband and I visited a place we never would have thought of visiting, and now we want to move there. Thank you for everything Journee!

I recently got back from a trip to Munich organised by Journee. This was my second trip with Journee and once again they absolutely nailed it.

We'd asked for history, architecture and a full on trip and Journee delivered. A beautiful city, castles and a thought provoking trip to Dachau along with a full day of sightseeing under our own steam including the zoo. We packed it all in and loved every minute.

The whole trip experience was phenomenal. I wouldn't have picked my destination (mostly because I hadn't heard much about it) but it fit me perfectly! The activities planned for me were right up my alley and the fact that I didn't have to plan anything was AMAZING. I'm an avid planner but Journee's quiz was so thorough that I felt comfortable actually booking with them. The clues helped build excitement - for me and everyone else following along my journey! I met a couple on one of my planned tours and I convinced them to book a trip just by telling them my experience. I would absolutely do it again!

Everything went absolutely smoothly, from no check in (boarding passes sent to my phone) to brilliant excursions. Any changes notified by WhatsApp in plenty of time. Queries before and during the trip answered promptly. Great hotel, well located for exploring but far enough out not to be affected by nightlife noise. Easily walkable for shopping and great restaurants. We don't usually do reviews but having racked our brains we cannot find a single thing to complain about! Really good value and so stress free we will definitely be going with journee again.

This was one of the most unique and best experiences of my life! I wanted to travel abroad, but couldn't decide where I wanted to go. I also didn't know what to plan on doing once I decided where I wanted to go. That's where Journee stepped in. After completing the online survey, they matched me with a destination and began planning activities for me to do. The surprise element was an exciting twist! I was sent to Catalonia and I saw so many sights and cities- I know I would have never planned those experiences for myself. I also felt completely safe and supported by Journee while traveling. If I needed anything, I could reach out to them and they responded immediately. I highly recommend Journee! You will not be disappointed!

Journey came up with a brilliant holiday for us, with lovely accomodation in the heart of the old town. We had a great mix of activities planned for us and enjoyed every bit of our stay.
