Another visit to JTS and another example of great customer service. Wanted a summer motorcycle shirt with armour. Loads of choice and options. But most importantly proper sizes. I am a large the shirt I bought was a large not XL or 2XL it was a large because that’s what I am. Expert and friendly help from staff and offered and given a coffee. Which tasted great. Highly recommended and well worth a trip out.

I have had to post my review on here as my review on their website has been pending for 2days. My wife bought me a pair of AAA jeans for £150, big mistake! Within about 3 days the stitching started coming apart. She rang for a refund but because they had been used, couldn't get one. #### follow up to this review. Have spoken to JTS since their reply and answer still the same, no refund only replacement. However they have accepted its not J&S and it is them

Just bought a pair of Ultimate Warrior AA rated jeans.
Real good quality and excellent true to size fit.
Staff are brilliant. Very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Make a decent brew too!

Despite the site saying free delivery and returns this isnt true, it cost me over £25! The site, when you look at the small print, lists my postcode under 'non mainland' addresses, as I live on the mainland I didnt check, why would I? Totally ripped off!

It can feel intimidating walking into a “specialist” bike shop not really knowing exactly what gear you need. The team here completely put me at ease. They were honest and made sure I didn’t feel pressured into spending more than necessary. There was zero pushy sales talk – if anything I was the one pushing purchases because everything was so good! Quality gear, genuine advice and friendly service throughout. Great shop and I’ll definitely be back when I need more kit!

Arrived at the shop on a cold wet Monday morning to be greeted by the lovely Amanda who had a coffee ready for me before I’d taken waterproofs off. Great choice of gear and most importantly, all sizes in stock so no need to buy & return , buy & return until you something that fits. Pricing is good , especially their own gear. Will be back for sure

Fantastic customer service. Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Needed a new jacket and found just what I needed from the wide availability of sizes and stock. Thank you Amanda for your help and to all the staff at JTS biker clothing that made my visit a superb shopping experience.

As a woman sometimes clothing can be tricky. Purchased a jacket and it fit excellent first try! Original pair of trousers, even with the size guide used, didn't fit quite right. Managed to pop round to the shop whilst in the area (previous purchases were online) and I got greeted kindly with a hot drink!
The young gent did a good job on advise and several attempts later the right fit jeans were found! All in all, great experience even if the jeans didn't fit first attempt. Thank you ever so much!

I ordered a pair of boots online and they were a bit tight. I returned them requesting the next size up and they arrived 36 hours after returning the first pair. Excellent service.

I called JTs bikerclothing with an enquiry while waiting for my order to be processed - no reply. 15 mins later, a member of the JTs team recalled my tel number and called me back immediately. He apologised, explaining that it was all-hands on for the team to handle a large bulk delivery. Based on this level of old school customer service, I am now ordering a pair of AAA rated biker jeans for my wife. Outstanding guys. AP order no 170709.

Unbelievably friendly and accommodating! Being new to biking, I needed help, plus having, what seemed a, non-standard body shape(!) it made it all the more difficult.
So I took the 2.5h trip to their store and met Amanda and Nick. On arrival they offered a tea/coffee and set to work helping a full kit out for me and my wife. 2 hours and many trips for them back to their stockroom, we both found everything we wanted, in sizes that fit and prices that were reasonable!

Honestly, if you are new to all this or just need something and want a friendly, warm and accommodating experience then go see these guys!

It's difficult to get snug-fitting all-leather trousers nowadays, if they're for sports riding they tend to have fabric panels which I don't like. So ordered JTS's King Cobra online with a Spring discount. Unfortunately when they arrived it was clear I needed the next size up, although I was delighted with the quality. It was easy to return these with the prepaid label for an exchange. The size I needed was out of stock for a few weeks but I was happy to wait. Unfortunately, there ended up being further delays with the supplier and it was several months before they were available but I can't fault the communications throughout. I got several phone calls keeping me updated and to ask if I still wanted to wait or have a refund. I eventually got a further call with a delivery date and I now have the trousers, which fit perfectly.

Really impressed with communications and the original discount price was honoured even though my exchange arrived months after it expired.

The trousers themselves are fantastic quality, excellent leather with quality stitching and AAA rated. Zips were included, which was excellent as the new trousers linked to one of my jackets but not the other, so it was an easy job to swap zips for the one supplied.

Would definitely recommend both JTS and their King Cobra trousers. I would definitely buy from them again next time I need gear.

Excellent service.
From when I had parked in their car park I was welcomed at the door. I needed various items of clothing so it took a while for me to decide what to buy, but Amanda was superb, very patient and informative. Her colleagues were also amazing.
I will return when I next need further accessories.
I even got two free coffees whilst I was choosing.
Recommend 100%.

Ordered JTS AA bike jeans arrived within 4 days fitted perfectly look good quality and very comfy.Also came with returns label if for any reason you are not happy, very impressed thank you JTS .

Ordered a pair of cool rider AAA
Jeans, which, unfortunately were too big. I sent them back using the free returns system asking for an exchange. The parcel was dropped off on the Friday morning. On the Tuesday afternoon the new pair arrived.
The service in my opinion is excellent. Thanks for your prompt attention.
The jeans are of excellent quality and are so comfortable.

Ordered a pair of Richa Calgary motorcycle boots on eBay as £12 cheaper than anywhere else. Delelivery was very prompt and boots are perfect for me. Called customer services with a query and the call was answered immediately and issue resolved very speedily.

Karen ordered in a jacket that they don't normally stock which most dealers won't do.
Customer service was at it's best as usual with coffee, a JTS pen and JTS mug as a bonus.
My handwriting has improved and even my Yorkshire tea tastes better. 😂

I took my CBT at JT's yesterday and it was brilliant. I have taken it once before elsewhere but i wasn't taught half of the things that the instructor Ian taught us yesterday. Was made to feel very capable and comfortable, the whole experience was great, i will definitely be going back to JT's for my training. Fantastic range of bikes and clothing on sale too!!

A great little shop with plenty of items to kit you out completely.
Friendly staff and great communication through emails and telephone calls regarding my order.
