I’ve looked into the issue, and it appears that although we dispatched your order on a 24-hour delivery service, Royal Mail unfortunately misplaced the parcel, sending it to the wrong depot. This caused the delay in delivery.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. As a goodwill gesture, we will, of course, refund the next-day delivery charge. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to make this right.

Great service from Just Rackets. I realized after placing the order that I would be away from home when the racket was due to be delivered. Gary kindly agreed to delay the delivery until I was back and then sent it by first class post so I got it next day. One small disappointment, the Yonex stencil wasn't used to give the racket the trademark Yonex pattern on the strings. Still deserving 5 stars.
