After my first experience with Just Lawnmowers when I purchased a trimmer /brush cutter two years ago, they were my go-to choice when I needed a new lawnmower. Finding what I was looking for, making comparisons, ordering and secure payment were all straightforward on the website. My purchase arrived by courier promptly and safely and I am delighted with my new mower and the service I received.

Could do better
I do like my new mower but was disappointed with a couple of things. I had chosen the delivery with demonstration option at the time of purchase. The guy who delivered my mower arrived more than an hour before he was due. I was out. He called me and I said that I’d be home in 15 minutes. He said he’d wait for me but he didn’t. I’d been 14 minutes since we’d spoken on the phone. I was not impressed. Secondly, the battery in my mower was 1/3rd charged at best. This was a nuisance to say the least.

Bought a set of hedge trimmer...and although they turned up a week late I was kept up to date and I wasn't in much of a rush anyway...the EGO trimmers are really good and happy with the purchase.

Went online and purchased several item including postage. I was then contacted to pay more postage as was in Aberdeen. I did this but it took around 2 weeks to be delivered 👎🏻
