I love the outfit that I ordered.

The quality is very good.
Was a bit disappointed when I ordered the outfit as at the checkout it didn't take the discount code. So had to pay the full amount!

The delivery was good. Only problem I had was the package was damaged this is prestant and the box is broken and ripped

I have had an account with kaleidoscope for years. Never had a problem until recently trying to get hold of their Customers Service. It is at times appalling. They don't have an email system. Otherwise I have no other complaints about Kaleidoscope

Always a very good experience with ordering, and delivery of all goods, this time both pairs of trainers are very good and the dress is perfect for the occasion. Looks very good, excellent quality.

Hassle free shopping, plenty of choices and a very easy ordering system

The range of clothes is brilliant, so is the quality and with regular discount offer codes it's a great way to shop. However delivery is expensive and takes longer than most other companies I use. I shop online for everything from toiletries and skincare to jewellery and shoes. I usually receive my parcel within 2-3 days. Kaleidoscope is usually 5. My last 2 orders have been worse than usual - 2 months ago I had notification that my parcel was on the way via Evri. 3 days later and no update from Evri. I eventually received notification from Kaleidoscope that my order was delayed. I waited and had another notification to say my order was lost in the system somewhere. I waited. Nothing for a further 2 days. I called and the onus was on me to say whether I wanted a refund or the parcel to be resent. I eventually got what I'd ordered but it took 12 days. I blamed Evri initially but I've just made another Kaleidoscope order and the exact same thing happened and I'm still waiting for part of the order, a week later, with no notifications about the delay or when it might be despatched. The delay was shorter but still. Not any if the other 4 parcels delivered by Evri last week was delayed. Maybe it's just coincidence but given the cost of delivery and the generally longer turnaround time, these recent experiences have made me less likely to shop with Kaleidoscope.

I love looking at the items that are on the kaleidoscope page, really lovely clothing at a very good price and are always well made. Also the household and bedding are exceptional, delivery is always excellent.

Evri delivery late by 2 hours with no communication, I was out when it came and in the photo it has been left outside under a communal porch. Don't know if it will still be there when I get back after the weekend.

I have been a customer for many years and whilst there have rarely been issues, unfortunately this time was different. I placed an order and paid for it on my cash account via my bank card. I placed another order after mine and paid with my husband's bank card. I returned my order as not suitable for a cash refund but, I later found out after numerous phone call to Kaleidoscope and then to my bank which involved emails as proof of order, return etc, that the refund was issued to my husband as that was the order after mine. Does that make sense or is it just me? The email confirming the refund states it will be returned to the original payment method, it most certainly wasn't, what a ridiculous system!!

WARNING: Avoid this company.I placed an order in early August for £233.09 and it has been an absolute nightmare. I received split-up pieces (just tops or just bottoms) followed by accidental duplicates. I only kept one bikini worth £43.25, meaning I am legally owed £189.84.Their refund process is completely chaotic. I received one bank credit and three separate cheques that don't add up to the correct total. Worse, the bank branch confirmed the cheques didn't look like standard cheques and wouldn't scan on my mobile app.I have quoted my Compliance Case Reference Number across Live Chat, phone, and emails, but I am now being completely ignored. Shocking, unorganised, and abysmal service. Still waiting for my remaining balance and a goodwill gesture.
