Excellent service they couldn't do enough to help, Kay was fabulous and very helpful. The car was immaculate and presented very well. We highly recommend them for the efficient service they offer

I visited KC KARS to purchase my Corsa …

I visited KC KARS to purchase my Corsa Kay was very patient, professional and very helpful. I loved my Corsa, great price and looked beautiful and well presented . I would 100% recommend KC KARS UK rest cars and great prices, with very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent experience …

Two months on I’m still really pleased with my purchase. The car has been running perfectly with no issues at all, and it’s exactly what I was hoping for . The whole buying experience still stands out smooth and professional. I’d definitely recommend them

I would not recommend this company…

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I purchased a car which developed faults within the first few days of having it .The vehicle has since been returned to the company on two separate occasions for repairs and has spent a significant amount of time off the road.

Despite this, the issues have not been resolved satisfactorily. I have asked for a refund, but the company has instead tried to return the car to me after repeated repair attempts.

This has been a stressful and frustrating experience, and I feel my concerns have not been handled appropriately.

I would advise others to carefully consider this before purchasing.

Extremely poor service.

Extremely poor service.
Arranged on Monday to see the car on Friday. Got there on Friday and the car wasn't ready, they told me the car was out getting valeted, then 5 minutes later they said there was no one there to test drive the cars. 1st red flag. Got there and asked about the car to the owner, they said they don't know much and the guy test driving the car will tell me, got in th car to test drive and started asking questions about the car, and he said he doesn't know much and that the owner does. 2nd red flag. (Does anyone know anything about this car?) Got back after the test drive and asked if the alloys can be refurbished and the clutch changed. They said no they don't want to. 3rd red flag. I also asked about the free delivery within 20 miles(which I met the requirements for) they said no because of traffic and the time is takes. 4th red flag. I went home and thought they may just be having a bad day, let's give them a chance. Went back the following Monday to potentially negotiate on the car before taking it. I asked for the paper work, log book, MOT and service history. They had none of this ready for me. 5th red flag. When I queried this the owner had to call BMW to confirm these details and they advised her that it's available online, then the owner was trying to argue with me as if she knew this all along. 6th red flag. Who as dealership buys cars without any paperwork. Also the onsite mechanic is her partner, so don't trust the MOT passes and works completed. Overall not great, so I stated I don't do business like this and I'd like to withdraw from the deal and get my holding deposit back. The owner said they don't refund deposits. 7th red flag. Almost 60 days later I got my deposit back and the funds for the finance was sent back. Who takes that long to send money back. So unprofessional, unnecessary and disappointing. Do better.

We are disappointed to read this review as we do not believe it accurately reflects the events surrounding your purchase enquiry.

You initially contacted us on Monday and arranged to collect the vehicle on Friday at 3pm after completing your finance application. On Friday morning, the finance company contacted us to confirm you would be collecting the vehicle later that afternoon.

However, at approximately 12pm you called advising you were only a few minutes away, significantly earlier than the agreed collection time. At that point, the vehicle had been taken off site for valeting in preparation for your scheduled 3pm handover. Despite the short notice, we arranged for the vehicle to be returned immediately so you could view and test drive it.

Following your test drive, you contacted the finance company and authorised the finance payout to proceed, confirming at the time that you were happy with the vehicle. You later advised that you would instead return on Monday to collect it due to arranging insurance and other matters.

When you returned with your father on Monday, questions were raised regarding service history, MOT records and the V5 logbook. We explained that the vehicle had digital service history available through the BMW system and that MOT history is publicly accessible online.

For clarity, the vehicle was not advertised as having a full service history and was therefore being sold exactly as described within the advertisement. As with many used vehicles, available history depends on documentation retained or provided by previous owners.

We also explained that dealerships do not provide the existing V5 logbook containing the previous keeper’s personal details. Upon completion of a vehicle purchase, the new keeper details are processed and the updated V5 document is then issued directly to the customer by the DVLA via post.

The vehicle had also been prepared for collection, including additional preparation work and a fresh MOT carried out at your request. As explained at the outset, the £250 holding deposit was therefore non-refundable once preparation work had been completed.

We believe the negative review has arisen primarily due to disappointment regarding the deposit not being refunded after preparation and additional work had already been carried out on the vehicle.

We always aim to provide a professional and transparent service to all customers and regret that, on this occasion, an agreement could not be reached.
