I had to check that this company was legit as I had not heard of them before.
Website and updates and delivery was prompt. However, the outer box was damaged and packaged poorly.
The product box inside was beaten up, ripped and cellotaped. I thought at first I had ordered a used one!
If it had been a present for someone, I would have sent it back. Thankfully the kettle was undamaged.
I think I will need to rethink ordering from this company again.

Fantasticly friendly and helpful people on the helpline.
I phoned because I couldn't get my system to 'pick up' the items I wanted to purchase.
They sent links through to help me, which arrived straight away allowing me to continue with my order.
When one of the items, shown as in stock, wasn't actually available, they phoned me to say so. And had already sourced a replacement so I wouldn't have to start looking again.
Both items were despatched immediately on payment and arrived next day.
Excellent service. Happy with purchase. Will use again.

Fantastic company. My initial order was not in stock when I placed my order.
Then out of the blue I received an email to say they had received a delivery and the radio I wanted was in stock and did I still want one.

I ordered from kettle and toaster sauté pan, but a frying pan was sent by mistake instead of the sauté pan. Customer service was very helpful and quickly provided clear return details and postage information. Once they received the frying pan back, the correct sauté pan was sent out a few days later. The whole process was informative, well organised, and handled professionally. Very pleased with how it was resolved.
