Kings of Translation Bewertungen

I paid for a certified Spanish-to-English translation of two short documents and it was a mess. The drafts came back with multiple errors, including a wrong reference number and a mistranslated qualification title, and I had to catch and correct every single one myself over five rounds. Worse, after the corrections were agreed in writing, they certified the old uncorrected version anyway, putting an error I had already flagged inside a signed "true and accurate" certificate. Despite the US and UK branding, the work is handled by remote staff based overseas. If you value accuracy, do not rely on the certification here, check every word yourself. I would not use them again.

UPDATE: After I posted this, a project manager (Justas) reviewed the case, apologised directly, and issued a full refund of the amount paid. The original problems stand as described, but the complaint was handled properly once escalated and the resolution was fair. Revised from 1 to 3 stars to reflect that.

Everything was just perfect! Such a great experience! Very quick, professional, supportive! Well done!
