I'm happy with the service we had from Kitchendoor hub.
Items ordered came quickly and were well packaged, nice quality product.

The ordering process was easy as long as you remember the old adage to measure twice!
The doors came quickly and the quality of the product is excellent I would have no hesitation in recommending to others!

Good doors, great service

Have ordered previously with good customer service and only 1 delivery error that was rectified. How quickly things can change..
1. Misled prior to order.
Was told scoop handles come fitted. They didn't but once delivered were actually easy enough to fit.
2. Delivery.
Following order and full payment my delivery was put back twice. On 29 July i received an email giving approximate delivery as 10 Aug but i'd receive 48hrs notice of exact date. On the 30 July ay 9.15 am a van drew up to my doorway to deliver.
3. Incomplete.
One item was missing along with the 15 handles.
4. Customer service.
I called customer service to advise all of the above. Was told that i would be charged again for delivery if i failed to accept the incomplete order.
5. Delivery charge.
Delivery should have been foc. However i was charged £10. I rang customer service on receipt of my invoice. Was told they would action a refund to my credit card. No refund received as yet. (Despite multiple promises from customer services, still no refund as of 10 July 2021).

Footnote: Have since received the door handles. Handles look nice and are easy enough to fit.

Excellant tracking of order throughout right up to delivery

I was nervous about trying to match the existing kitchen doors without actually seeing the item. No need to have worried. They were perfect.

Have used twice now. Purchased two custom sized doors and seven standard kitchen cupboard doors, They are a perfect match for our Blue sparkle doors that were fitted in our kitchen by a company but were a lot cheaper.

I required drawer front of same quality, thickness and colour of existing brand.
Spot on, price was cheaper than going direct, and no delivery charge.

This was a summer project, so some of the doors have still to be fitted. So far everything has gone according to plan, good delivery,accurate sizing, and have all fitted correctly.

Great quality doors. Perfect match to existing doors and handles.

Avoid at all costs!!!

Put an order in with them. I was very clear with everything i needed. This included a 300mm broom unit and door. In the original order, the member of staff didn't include the width of the unit, just the door. I approved thinking it was fairly common sense that they would be the same size. The whole process was quite torturous. The sales person was incompetent, they kept dropping things off the order, that I had to keep trying to pick up (it was quite a big order)

In the end, they send me a 300mm door and 600mm unit. More annoyingly, they wouldn't take it back, even though they admitted it was 'partly' their mistake. They charged me full price for the replacement unit and now I'm stuck with this unit that i have to dispose of myself (they won't even collect at a cost).

Mistakes happen, which is fine, and this was 100% theirs, but instead of admitting and making it right, they stood their ground and made me foot the bill. Over and above this, several items didnt arrive (i'm still waiting on these). Their communication is poor. Just a shoddy outfit in general.

Save yourself time, money and energy and go somewhere else.

Great product, but long delay between order and actual delivery.
Now that it is in place I am vert very satisfied

Still waiting for a delivery which was due well over two months ago. Customer service are terrible - instead of proactively trying to resolve it they are doing the bare minimum.

For previous orders they also failed accurately communicate delivery dates, delivered the wrong items on one ocassion, and they sell hinges which don't even line up with the pre-drilled holes in their doors.

Cowboys - avoid.

Very pleased with replacement doors for kitchen cupboards, easy to put on, they look lovely,quick delivery.
