bad customer service policies
I never got a chance to try the product. Received in February, the company sent a product ready to expire in June. With a 90-day supply, their response is the product is still within the expiration date. I would never buy a product in a store ready to expire in one month. Their only response was to return the product for a refund. No other option is available. Barling breaking even, after paying for return shipping, and waiting another 14 days for credit, I would never order through the company website again. Rather than saying sorry you're dissatisfied, I'll send you a newer product, this company would rather lose a potential sale and future customer for other products within the line. Horrible customer service and policy.
