I have deposited 100/- in atm machine and they charged me 177/- for a 100/- deposit.Then i went to bank to ask the staff and they are not sure about online banking and aware of bank knowledge with no proper customer service.the staff in kotak has so much attitude don't know how to speak with customers and when customer in front they are doing there own shit and chating with staff.Very rude staff.Worst bank.please don't suggest this bank to anyone and close your bank accounts asap

I requested for details how I qualified and there is no change in my relationship value. There was no reply. I visited a branch and I saw thete was calculation error. I raised issue with senior bank people. They promised to come back. At the end I received a reply from RM not addressing the issue.

I am writing this to warn others: Stay away from this bank. My experience with their personal loan has been a nightmare due to a complete lack of transparency.
Hidden Charges: Throughout the loan tenure, multiple "hidden charges" were added without clear explanation.
The Exit Trap: When I tried to close the loan early, they hit me with another surprise—a 4% charge on the principal outstanding. It feels like a trap designed to prevent you from becoming debt-free.
My Advice: Don’t trust their sales pitch. If you are looking for a reliable banking partner, ICICI Bank is a much better option. In my experience, they offer clean, honest, and transparent services without the hidden "surprises."
Save your hard-earned money and choose a bank that values transparency!

Very Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Handling of New Business Account
I recently opened a current account with Kotak Mahindra Bank only because their sales representative aggressively followed up and convinced me to do so. Unfortunately, my experience after opening the account has been extremely disappointing.
After receiving my account number, I was not even provided with proper internet banking access. Basic onboarding services that every bank should provide were missing.
To make things worse, my account was suddenly frozen. The bank did not send any proper email or written communication explaining the reason. The only communication was through a phone call, which is highly unprofessional for such a serious action.
When they asked for an invoice from my newly registered company, I submitted it immediately. Despite complying with their request, the account was still frozen.
The relationship manager has been completely uncooperative and unresponsive. I also sent a formal complaint email but did not receive any reply.
For a bank of this size, this level of service is unacceptable. Freezing a business account without proper communication can seriously impact business operations.
Very disappointed with Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Cheating on debit card
one of your employee came to the house to open a account (Sasi Venkat & 8939192416) during that time I have said that no need of physical debit card and virtual debit card alone is enough but he said that only if he order physical debit card, the virtual debit card will reflect for me so i asked him to order normal debit card which is 399 Rs but instead of that he intensionally ordered platinum debit card which is 799 Rs and on March 3 799 Rs was debited from my account so I tried reaching customer care but no response so I called your bank employee who opened savings account for me but the way he is answering was so Rude. Please tell me only one thing this is the way you treat your customers and this is the way you do sales or cheat on customers? Then how can you expect your existing customers will refer their family or friends to use your banking service. Kindly do the needful.
