Lots of hidden costs, inexisting customer service that will not help at all. Order never received, but not even a proposal to investigate even if it's their contractual obligation to be liable in case of default of the transporter. Don't recommand : there are a lot of way better kpop merch sites out there, beware of this one !

Ordered an item from them which was reasonably priced, but international shipping was ridiculous. Got a notification that the item was delivered but when I got home it wasn’t there. Kpopmart refused to help because I didn’t pay their insurance fee, which you have to email them to pay once you already purchase your item, and now I’m out money and no album. If you do order from them just beware of international shipping and if you don’t want to be like me, pay the extra $20 or however much for the insurance. Otherwise you get rude responses from their customer service. I still think adding the insurance as an option when submitting the order would be a lot better and save everyone the headache, just a suggestion.

Kpopmart es un sitio muy confiable. Llevo un año comprando con ellos y la verdad no tengo quejas. Responden cualquier consulta, usualmente no hacen cambios o devoluciones pero pudieron solucionarme un problema. Asimismo, el envío es súper rápido! Suele llegar en una semana aproximadamente de la fecha de lanzamiento. Los precios de envío pueden mejorar, pero fuera de ello, tienen un excelente atención al cliente y productos variados. Me gustaría que implementen la venta de productos con diferentes pobs y también productos de de daiso (papelería)

Unlike what some say, Kpopmart is NOT a scam. I’ve made international purchases several times, and each time the shipping has been VERY quick and they pack the items REALLY good. Merch arrives in great shape. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Really bad international shipping!

I pre-ordered an album for 14€ and payed 70€ in the end because of customs etc…. The album arrived two weeks later than expected and was damaged on the sides. The poster inside arrived with a really bad tear too…
I think this website is really nicely priced for in-country orders but international shipping (Germany specifically) was catastrophic with no tracking code either, so I wasn’t sure if it would even arrive after a while…

I have pre-ordered from kpopmart twice and it has been a 3 set ATEEZ order both times. They ship around 3-4 days after the album release which is quite fast in my opinion seeing as the amount of orders they get is a lot. I live in Sweden and it only takes 2-3 days for it to arrive at my home. The albums are always wrapped in plastic bubble wrap- a large amount as well so there's no way for it to be damaged when shipped. My newest albums were a tad bit damaged but it wasn't something you can really visibly see unless you inspect the album. I ordered ATEEZ's newest album The World on the 28th (released the 29th) and even from my very late pre-order I was lucky enough to get Mingi's signed polaroid. I've been very happy with ordering from kpopmark- I wish shipping and custom prices were lower but nothing they can do anything about. I see myself continue to purchase from them in the future and is just hoping there will be less random selected albums/more 3 sets available for ATEEZ albums as I usually want to buy all three without being afraid of doubles (Specifically Fever 1 and 2)

i was a little scared to order from here at first but i don’t regret it at all. I ordered two itzy light rings from here and they came in perfect condition and bubble wrapped like hell. it also came pretty fast considering i’m in the u.s. and it flew from korea.

I ordered the BTS 2022 season's greetings on kpopmart and it came on time, was very well packaged and not a single dent! The price was also significantly cheaper than all the other stores I looked. Highly recommend shopping here and I will be ordering more products in the future!

I ordered two twice lightsticks 2 days early from their restock and it came 3 days later. Very fast shipping and the packaging was also very good! It came in very good condition I will definitely order from there from now on!

i ordered a package from them. never received it, the order is untrackable, they don't respond to emails. it is a scam, pls don't fall for it. if you want to get kpop merch and can't do their official website, order from cokodive. kpopmart was supposed to be my first merch and it never arrived and i never got my money back. they will take your money and go. definitely don't recommend, stay away from them

I was a bit hesitant about ordering from here at first scared I was going to get scammed because of the half and half reviews but let me tell you!! I love this store prices for albums are good and the shipping is reasonable. My first order was 100 dollars it came within the time period albums were secure and everything. I used ups shipping as always when it came the box itself was perfect tons of tape and bubble wrap.

I normally never have any problems with kpopmart but ever since covid I have had to pay insane amount of money to customs. €25 for 4 albums, €31 for 7 albums and now I had to pay €48 customs for one single light stick. It's getting ridiculous!

I ordered 3 albums in pre-order stage, they got shipped 6 days after release date which i consider fast enough, everything was perfectly bubble wrapped and poster in cardboard tube, they send a picture of your order before shipping which is great, the customer service has been great, they always reach back within 1-24 hours, mostly i got response from them within 2 hours but it can vary, overall very satisfied with the user experience and going to shop again soon from this website.

Have made 3 orders from them and not a single problem. Shipping is fast, I like how they send you a picture of the items before, and everything has been received with no damage (everything bubble wrapped and posters in cardboard tubes). I have had problems with other websites but none with Kpopmart.

I wish the KPOPMART website allows us to write reviews because this store is honestly great. Their customer service is very responsive (I always receive a reply in a few hours). My pre-order item shipped out the next day after release, and I was even able to add another item to my order just before it was shipped because customer service processed my request so quickly. They also send photos of your order before it is shipped so you know what your order looks like. Honestly, best customer service ever! I'm so impressed, 100% would recommend.
