I ordered with amazon thinking will get full bundle of 10 Auto plus juicer but their ad was deceptive so had to order strainer and other part separately.

Needed some spare part for my juicer
Needed some spare part for my juicer . The response was quick. The wrong part was sent as there is a newer updated version . On calling Kuvings the problem was quickly resolved and a new part was reposted within a day. I could talk to them directly and that solved a lot of toing and froing. Excellent to deal with. We then ordered a citrus juicer to complement our juicer . It arrived 3 days later.
