I have had a pro subscription for…
I have had a pro subscription for years. Nothing has happened except FR Music giving me a contract to have rights to all my music and alter the artist's name with the so-called record label, Mojoheadz, wanting to charge me for a release to master when my music is already mastered, and the label, Sick Dance, showing me the same contract to sign with them. FR is based in the Ukraine. How do you trust a label that is out of the Ukraine that is at war? LabelRadar is a con job, as folks can see from all these negative reviews.

Use with caution
I'm going to be honest, it's been utterly disappointing.
Been with them for some years now. There have been multiple problems. My collaborator just couldn't get the PRO membership package working properly, and he gave up. I also had some issues with credits not working properly. Also, the website was horrendously buggy, and is still not quite right. I advised several times of an ongoing bug, and they just let it slide for well over a year, nobody cared. The worst part, however, are the interactions I have had with some of the so-called labels on this site. Yes, there are many fine, reputable, decently-run labels on this platform, but I have had 3 bites from what I can only describe as scammers. One lot had the temerity to try to sign me to a deal in which I would no longer own my artist name, would need to ask permission to record gigs featuring my own songs, and have to keep giving them all my recordings, forever. Plus labels that expect the artist to pay them for releasing the songs! That's not how it works! Sheesh. Doesn't look like LR is doing anything much to remove these dodgy companies. Now I'll sit back and watch them write their standard reply, about how it is sad I had a disappointing experience, how credits are refunded and blah blah blah. As opposed to doing anything practical....
UPDATE: Whilst it was pleasing to see LR reply, below, I am pretty surprised by their current actions. I was sent an email requesting my contact details, presumably to give to LR for further discussion, with a note that, should I fail to supply this, this review might be removed. They've got my email address, had it for quite a while now, but haven't contacted me one jot. So the repeated comments that they've "reached out" to me are not substantiated. I would assume that LR would like to know what bugs were present, which labels were offering unfair terms, etc.... but maybe not.
P.S. Isn't it remarkable how many glowing reviews have suddenly appeared on here, all saying the same sorts of vague things, all dated on or around January 19th! Hmmm.... Remarkable flurry of activity.

We're deeply sorry about the technical issues you faced, as we take them very seriously! We expanded our development and QA teams last year and will be moving faster on the roadmap in 2024 to achieve the full potential of the platform. Severe bugs are unacceptable. We've reached out for more information.

That's a headache indeed, and we apologize for that! We've requested more information on which labels you spoke with, and we'll investigate further. Additionally, we're adding a label community review feature very soon for more scalable community management on the platform. Artists who interacted with a label can leave public feedback. It's coming very soon! In the meantime, we'd love to learn more about what happened.

Quite good experience
I released some tracks with the pro subscription for one month. Not big labels, but I was able to send even to big labels and got heard by some, not all. Quite good experience. I'm still in but with free subscription

This is actually a scam
I may or may not have uploaded songs that have been previously released by a label or similar label just to see if anyone is actually listening to the music. Short answer: no one is actually even listening to your music.
Really sad to see companies just set up to prey on musicians. This company is literally everything wrong with the industry.

We only display labels on the platform that have reviewed music in the last 4 weeks; otherwise, they automatically delist from the platform. Additionally, if they can't review your submission right away, your credits are automatically refunded after 30 days, allowing you to submit to other labels! We'd suggest trying monthly General Submissions (also known as One to Many) with your free credits to maximize exposure and connect with new labels you may not have heard of.

Gouffre financier pour du vent
Alors au début j'étais emballé, mais après des jours et avoir pris un abonnement et payer des crédits, qui d'accord sont pas cher mais vu le taux de réponse nécessite limite d'harceler les labels. L'option "envoyer à tous" n'a pas de sens vu que votre musique s'envoie à des label qui n'ont aucun rapport avec votre style de musique. Sauf que si vous sélectionnez les labels plus vous en prenez plus ça coûte des crédits ! La ou l'option "envois à tous" coûte 5 crédits l'autre option coûte plus de 25 crédit ! Pour 1 seule musique. Les jours passe et je suis vraiment étonné de voir que TOUT les labels ne sont absolument pas intéressé par ma musique, les réponses arrive très vite au point où je me demande si il y a vraiment une écoute derrière car soit ya personne et je suis le seul soit les réponses sont quasi automatiques 🤷♂️ Malgré tout un label ma contacté avec pas mal de fan donc plutôt content échange de mail, je remplis le formulair par mail etc...et après plus rien. Plus de réponse rien du tout malgré des relances aucune réponse, j'avais supprimer mon abonnement à Distrokid pour stopper la diffusion de mes musiques pour ce label bh ça n'a servit à rien. Je trouve ça bizarre qu'un label intéressé et si "emballé " au début fasse le mort. J'ai réussit à mes 17 ans à avoir un contrat avec le label de bob sinclar "YellowRecord" mais pas avec des labels inconnus aux bataillon ? Je trouve ça bizarre 🤷♂️ Je pense honnêtement de pas aller la bas le concept est cool mais c'est ub gouffre financier car même si vous avez un rejet le fait d'avoir de "l'attention" des label vous pousse toujours plus à utiliser des crédits pour enfin avoir une réponse positive. Distribué votre musique via distrokid.com et utilisé en complément songtradr.com qui est 1000 fois mieu noté que Labelradar.

Regarding the "send to all" option, it's important to clarify that our One to Many submission places your track in a "General Submissions" pool. While it may seem like your music is sent to all labels, these labels typically filter to match their niche genres. This means there's a good chance your music will be reviewed by a relevant label due to the time constraints A&Rs typically face.
When it comes to choosing between submission types, it really depends on your goals! If you're confident in a specific label's interest, One to One submissions work well. For broader exposure, One to Many is the way to go. You can even try both to maximize your chances.

Horrible
Honestly really crappy. The few 'labels' or 'promoters' that do reply have like 50 subscribers on their channels. Some of the so called promoters seem to be kids with a YouTube account. They couldn't even get the links to my social media right... what kind of crap is this?

Hey! We're sorry for any disappointment you've experienced. As some potentially helpful context, the labels you see on LabelRadar are actively reviewing demos. If a label remains inactive for 28 days, they're automatically hidden until they resume activity. This ensures you engage with labels genuinely interested in working with new talent.
Additionally, if they can't review your submission right away, your credits are automatically refunded after 30 days, allowing you to submit to other labels!
We're exploring adding a review system so the community can log what their interaction was like with a particular label for the community to see (like Airbnb reviews). Since we have thousands registered on the platform this seems like the right next step!

Be careful before you buy any credits…
Be careful before you buy any credits from them! They take your money and are unable to even produce a simple receipt for the purchase. They refer to their payment provider and want me to chase a 3rd party now. All other online services would simply email a receipt upon purchase. Unacceptable.

Dull,not effective,waste of time
I did sent six of my tracks to their labels,but even the most insignificant so called label wasn't interested to promote any of my track.🤣It takes ages for them to reply eventhough I paid for their opinion.The website is dull,honestly I regret every penny I left there.But you might be more lucky🤨
