I pre-ordered and paid for fabric from a particular range on 14 April. The date that the available given as 31 May. I received a call on 27 May to say that they had sold out of some of the fabric so I cancelled the entire order. I am NOT happy with this level of service! To be fair, they did then issue a refund quickly but they had had my money for several weeks by then.

Lady sew and sew have been great. Paced an order and I realised that I chose the wrong batting. Wrote an email straight away and got an answer within half an hour. Although I couldn’t cancel the original order, they changed my order and sent me the one I originally wanted.
Emails are answered straight away and they really go out of their way to solve any issues.
Highly recommend this shop.

I bought and paid for a digital pattern download via PayPal.
I got an email almost immediately from the seller stating the order was complete; it had 2 links to download the digital pattern I had paid for.
Neither links gave me this pdf pattern,
One link opened a Wordpress Error page which said 'FILE NOT FOUND go to shop',
the other link just went to the item I had ordered on their online shop, as if to buy it again.
I have reported this top PayPal who will make me wait 4 weeks before reviewing for refund, in the mean time asking me to contact the seller, which I have already done.
I now have to wait for, either the seller to respond and send me the pattern, or PayPal to refund me in 4 plus weeks.
The whole point of buying a digital pattern is to have it to download immediately, without all this hassle.
I wont be using this company again, buyer beware.

I visited the store for the first time last week and was so impressed by the vast amount of fabric and accessories they have there. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Will be visiting again this week! Thank you!

Lady Sew and Sew is my preferred online quilting fabric shop. The staff have always been really helpful if I have ever had any queries (even going away and checking fabrics for me for a good colour match). Fabrics always arrive promptly and well packaged.

This is such a good fabric shop/website. They are so prompt with their deliveries and have such lovely fabrics, its difficult to choose. All fabric is of a very good quality. I just wish I lived a little closer to have a really good look. Thankyou.

I have found their service second to none. I ordered 5meters of white on white fabric online this morning with a memo saying I prefer a leaf design. They rang me about an hour later to say they only had one with leaves but they had an Ivory with white leaves which was acceptable. I chose the express delivery so will receive it tomorrow. I have ordered material from other sources and it has taken over 3 weeks to arrive!!! I would recommend them to anyone

I have used this store over the past year or so, they carry a wide range of fabrics. You must be made aware that they take on line orders for stock that they don't have. The order is cancelled with little explanation other than they sold the item to another preferred customer. I am no longer using this company.

I've decided to delete my original very negative review and amend it as the issues I've had have now been sorted out and customer service has very much improved. Unfortunately because of the fact that the original order was completely incorrect I don't feel that I can give a higher review but am now satisfied with the outcome and would likely use the company again - how things can change when issues are properly sorted out - this is the sign of a good company. Thank you

I placed an internet order only to be told 2 working days later that the quantity I had ordered (2m) was not in stock and would 85cm do for my project. Perhaps a fair but unrealistic question as 85cm is about 40% of the quantity ordered. I was not offered an alternative and had to specifically request this. One of the alternatives I was offered was quoted at £5/m more than on the website. No apology was ever made for there not being the stock showing on the internet. I felt that I was considered a nuisance for not accepting the 85cm offered and then felt a nuisance for asking for an alternative. Even when the order arrived there was no note to apologise for the issues with the order. Whereas errors in stock can happen, the matter was dealt with unprofessionally and in a such a way that I felt that I was in the wrong for not accepting what was offered. Surely based on the reviews on the internet for this company, they could have dealt with this in a very different manner?

The best service you can get I think. I ordered online a got it very, very fast. Lovely. But unfortunately, there was something wrong with the thing I got. But in just two days it was fixed. I purchase online fabric from this company. The customer Service is outstanding. The fabric was on order, and I was desperate to receive in a time scale. Liz contact me to notify of this issue which they managed to source and sent by a courier. This is a truly exceptional company who go that extra mile to deliver an exceptional service.
