Αδιανόητοι και καταχρηστικοί όροι χρήσης.
Πήγα να κάνω μια πώληση, αλλά μου έβγαλε στους όρους ότι θα πρέπει να περιμένω 25ημέρες για να διαπιστώσει/αποφασίσει ο νικητής εάν το προϊόν του ταιριάζει... Αδιανόητο! Δηλαδή θα στείλω ένα προϊόν είτε καινούριο, είτε μεταχειρισμένο σε άψογη κατάσταση, θα το χρησιμοποιεί ο νικητής για 25ημέρες και μετά, αφού τελειώσει τη δουλειά του, θα το επιστρέψει μια χαρούλα.
Και η καλή περίπτωση θα είναι ο νικητής να επιστρέψει το πραγματικό προϊόν που έλαβε. Ειδάλλως, εάν επιστρέψει πχ πέτρες μέσα στο πακέτο, ο πωλητής θα λάβει από την lakime κάποιο ποσό του επάθλου (χωρίς να διευκρινίζει ένα θα είναι το 70% του επάθλου/τιμής του προϊόντος που έστειλε ή το 90% (προμήθεια 10%)).
Αυτό πάλι, το ότι η lakime κρατάει επιπλέον προμήθεια 20% εάν ο πωλητής δε στείλει το προϊόν, είναι από μόνο του περίεργο, καθώς από μόνο του αποτελεί κίνητρο στο να μη γίνονται οι αποστολές/παραδόσεις των προϊόντων. Δηλαδή κάλλιστα μπορεί η ίδια η lakime να βάζει αγγελίες προϊόντων (πχ τα αλλεπάλληλα iPhone) χωρίς καν να υπάρχει προϊόν και στο τέλος να χρησιμοποιεί τον όρο που η ίδια έθεσε, με το 70%. Τεσπα, εάν το δει καλόπιστα κάποιος μπορεί να πει ότι έτσι κι αλλιώς είναι win-win είτε για τον πωλητή είτε για τον αγοραστή οπότε και η εν είδει "αρπαχτής" προμήθεια, περνάει στα ψηλά... Ηθικά όμως, κάτι δε πάει καλά εδώ.
Επίσης, υπάρχουν όροι οι οποίοι είναι απολύτως καταχρηστικοί. Για παράδειγμα, υπάρχει ο παρακάτω όρος: "Ο πωλητής υποχρεούται να παραδώσει το βραβείο στον νικητή εντός 25 ημερών από την ημερομηνία λήξης της κλήρωσης. Εάν ο πωλητής δεν παραδώσει το βραβείο εντός της ανωτέρω προθεσμίας, η Lakime δεν υποχρεούται να πληρώσει στον πωλητή το ποσό της αναγραφόμενης τιμής του προϊόντος ενώ ο τελευταίος παραμένει υπόχρεος παράδοσης του βραβείου στον αγοραστή." Δηλαδή, εάν ο πωλητής στείλει το προϊόν, αλλά η παράδοση στον νικητή/αγοραστή δεν γίνει εντός των 25 ημερών (πχ πολλαπλές καθυστερήσεις παράδοσης από τη courier, αναβολές παραλαβής προς την εταιρία courier από τον νικητή κ.ο.κ.), ο πωλητής χάνει και το προϊόν του και τα χρήματά του!
Πραγματικά απορώ εάν έχει διαβάσει τους όρους της πλατφόρμας lakime, έστω και ένας που ανεβάζει προϊόντα/αγγελίες εκεί.
Συνεπώς, η περίφημη "εγγύηση Lakime" που αναγράφουν με κάθε ευκαιρία, είναι εγγύηση για τον νικητή/αγοραστή & την ίδια τη πλατφόρμα και όχι για τον πωλητή, ο οποίος κυριολεκτικά δε προστατεύεται με κανέναν αξιόλογο τρόπο αλλά αντιμετωπίζεται ως ο χρήσιμος ηλί..ος που θα τους χρηματοδοτήσει.
Με λίγα λόγια, η εμπειρία χρήσης της πλατφόρμας lakime είναι, ότι απευθύνεται σε αδιάφορους ρισκαδόρους και όχι σε σοβαρούς χρήστες που σέβονται τους όρους και τις διαδικασίες, καθώς δεν παρέχει πλήρη και αξιοπρεπή προστασία προς όλες τις πλευρές των συναλλαγών.

Με παραξενεύει έντονα το παραπάνω, διότι η ίδια η lakime, βλέπω ότι έχει απαιτήσει από το trustpilot ο κάθε reviewer να έχει επιβεβαιώσει τα προσωπικά του στοιχεία πριν αφήσει κριτική για τις υπηρεσίες της, ενώ η ίδια η εταιρία παρουσιάζει άλλα στοιχεία εταιρίας στο site της και άλλα στο trustpilot.

Θεωρούμε ιδιαίτερα χρήσιμο να λαμβάνουμε αναλυτικό feedback, ακόμη κι όταν είναι αυστηρό, γιατί μας δίνει την ευκαιρία να εξηγήσουμε καλύτερα τη λειτουργία της πλατφόρμας και να βελτιωνόμαστε.
Θα θέλαμε να διευκρινίσουμε τα παρακάτω:
Η προθεσμία των 25 ημερών δεν αφορά δοκιμαστική χρήση του προϊόντος από τον νικητή, αλλά λειτουργεί αποκλειστικά ως μέγιστο χρονικό περιθώριο για να ολοκληρωθεί η αποστολή και η επιβεβαίωση παραλαβής. Στην πράξη, οι περισσότερες παραδόσεις γίνονται μέσα σε 1–2 ημέρες (είτε χέρι με χέρι είτε ταχυδρομικά), με άμεση εκκαθάριση πληρωμής προς τον πωλητή, καθώς βρισκόμαστε σε στενή επικοινωνία με όλα τα εμπλεκόμενα μέρη.
Σε περίπτωση προβλήματος με την παραλαβή (καθυστέρηση, απώλεια ή φθορά), η Εγγύηση Lakime ενεργοποιείται ώστε να προστατεύεται ο πωλητής αλλά και ο νικητής, εξασφαλίζοντας ότι καμία πλευρά δεν μένει εκτεθειμένη.
Η προμήθεια που αναφέρεται στους όρους είναι αποκλειστικά διαχειριστικού & φορολογικού χαρακτήρα και δεν λειτουργεί ποτέ ως «κίνητρο» για να μη σταλεί προϊόν. Οι αυστηροί κανόνες έχουν τεθεί για να εξασφαλίζουν διαφάνεια και να αποτρέπουν τυχόν καταχρήσεις.
Σχετικά με τις διευθύνσεις: η εταιρεία μας είναι νόμιμα καταχωρημένη στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο. Η διαφορά που παρατηρήσατε οφείλεται στη μεταφορά της έδρας μας στη διεύθυνση 178 Seven Sisters Road, London, N7 7PX, και η ιστοσελίδα μας θα ενημερωθεί άμεσα ώστε να υπάρχει απόλυτη ταύτιση.
