I was sent the wrong order consisting…
I was sent the wrong order consisting of two different coloured bedside lamps which were ordered as a matching pair.
Their website has no way of contacting the company directly and no phone number. I had to look at Trustpilot reviews to see if I could get any answers.
Someone else had left an email help @lampsy.com
After contacting them via this, and chasing up again they sent me a replacement to match, and a pre paid return postage for the non matching lamp.
Happy we now have both matching. The company would do themselves a favour if they updated their website with better contact details.
Don’t bother ordering here
Don’t bother ordering here, order from any other website. I ordered some lights more than two weeks ago, no updates and ever time iv had to chase them up to be told my level will be dispatched. Still not done and all iv been fed is lies. Really unprofessional and poor service, order from any other retailer it’s not like they’re the only ones that offer lights. I ordered lights from three other websites and one being in China and they arrived ages ago.

Had an issue with the Groa table lamp, it arrived missing a wooden slat. I contacted customer services and they sent me a return label with full refund.

Returns
Returned a pendant as i had bought the wrong size. No issues with returning it, purchased the right size and used the 10% off coupon that accompanied the first pendant.
No Stock but wont tell you until you have waited 3 weeks!!
Really bad! i wish i read these reviews before i ordered.
The negative reviews on here are 100% accurate.
I ordered 4 lights from the website which said they had stock and delivery was 3-4 days. 7 days later, no dispatch email. i struggled to contact them, in the end the web chat was the only way to speak to someone.
The person confirmed they would be dispatched the same day or next day.
After waiting, i then got an email to say there is no stock and my order would not be dispatched until 3 weeks later!!!
i got back in contact and demanded a refund..
.. i am still waiting for the refund..

Terrible return process
Terrible return process - I would not recommend Lampsy at all. I have recently received my item and have sent two emails within the last week requesting a return slip (my item does not work). I have had no reply. You are unable to return the item and request a refund without a reply from the customer service team. If customer service is reading this, please can I ask for a response? Such an unprofessional business
Such an unprofessional business. I ordered a lamp it took for ages to come. It's eventually come. I don't like it and want to return it. Nobody is getting back to me with regards to returning this and give me an address to return it. I have made two emails and left a feedback message and I still had no one reply, I've messaged on Instagram, I've tried to call and nobody answers the phone. What sort of business is this? I just want to return my lamp and get my money back, would never use this company again

Very delayed order, nobody replies AWFUL
Ordered my lights 10 days ago, supposed to be delivered within 3-5 working days. I have emailed and called repeatedly over the last two days and nobody will pick, I've lost count of how many messages I've left. Is this a complete scam? I'm very concerned having read lots of reviews from people having the same experience to me - maybe they'll reply to this public complaint??
I've also been trying to message through the contact form on their website which won't send. All extremely dodgy, avoid this company like the plague.

Damaged items!
Hello - my order was delayed and when it turned up both lights were damaged. The packaging was not adequate for these items, just a thin plastic bag!!
I need to return them but do not want a replacement, there is currently no way to do this on the website.I call and no body answers the phone and responds to my emails!

I would highly recommend this site
I would highly recommend this site! Their customer service was amazing. I had some issues with delivery to my address but Gayle was on it straight away, she kept me updated all the time and has been a very positive and nice person to deal with. I hope I will have a need to buy from this site in the future :) as I have had a very good experience!

Really happy with my recent order at Lampsy. Ordered a pendant light and I was expecting to receive in 3-5 days, but it arrived next day. My electrician has now installed and we are extremely pleased with how it looks.

Faulty desk lamp - no customer service
The desk lamp I ordered was delivered damaged on the 27th December. I requested a return and replacement lamp on the same day. Received an email that the return would have to be reviewed and this could take up to 2-3 working days.
I appreciate its been the New Year holiday but I still haven’t received any return information from Lampsy – it’s now the 8th Jan.
I’ve emailed (no response), phoned (one answered call – they said they would process on the same day – they didn’t. All other calls go to a message service after 2 mins). I’ve even tried their ChatBot (no help).
It seems you either have an excellent experience with Lampsy or it’s dreadful, mostly around a returns process. I’d really like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but other buyers’ comments around faulty products confirm my experience.
Update (9th Jan) - have now received return instructions and I've requested to refund. Better late than never, Lampsy....
