Avoid at all costs
I moved out of a property Lancaster Brooks currently manages in March 2022. More than two and half years later in October 2024, I received a back-bill from Lancaster Brooks, through their billing agent Evinox Residential. They claim because they had ‘recalculated’ energy costs for 2022 & 2023 that I subsequently owed them more money. They refuse to provide the calculation they have used for this claim, and have been harassing me for payment ever since.
Completely unacceptable behaviour. Please avoid Lancaster Brooks at all costs.
