Slow response time
Slow response waiting to discuss a discrepancy with an order. A repeat order that the product does not look or feel like the first order.

Sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with the country of origin. If this was a concern when ordering you did have the opportunity to select one of our many USA made pin options on our website.
