they make out like its finance but after you sign up? realise its just lay by so now i have to wait 2 years to get my ps4 pro and im paying an extra thousand more for it than its worth. if you want to pay that much more for your merchendise? because you need layaway to save up your money for you? go ahead. but they charge 230 dollars for cancellation or 10 percent of 2,300 to cancel. absolutely 100 percent a business that will make millions from people misunderstanding what type of business it is. dont get fooled like me

Did not honour our contract and breached their own terms and conditions just because they appear to have changed their mind on how much they want to sell it for.

They then relisted the items at a higher price proving that they have stock like other more reputable vendors.

Did not communicate to me like they say in their terms until I lodged a complaint.

When they did call they did not care that I was quoting their own terms and conditions of the contract I had with them.

As the company appeared to be based overseas, despite having Australian ABN and call centre from New Zealand, holding them to their own contract has been too difficult by authorities here.

So good luck if you have a different kind of product issue.

Would NOT recommend and a waste of time thinking your going to get your product at the end of the layby period if they change their mind. I waited sometime for this product and should have gone elsewhere.
