Excellent customer service
I have had contact with office down South to arrange a meeting to have stairs measured and choose a carpet. Lady I spoke to was lovely appointment was booked later in week. Dan visited our house this morning to measure up, he was really lovely friendly but professional. He had a great knowledge of company products and wasn't pushy in anyway. He advised us on best product and fitting details etc (our stairs are very wide and we were able to get wider runner to fit). We were more than satisfied and placed an order immediately. I hope that good work is carried on during fitting process. Thank you to all staff. We will certainly recommend you.

Second time purchase
Second time purchase, installation was good but I was left to deal with significant clean up.
Also again from previous installation I found a significant amount of carpet left over?
Sales?
Questions need to be asked.

Thank you for sharing the review, I have tried to call you to discuss this in more detail. Regarding the excess waste, carpet comes in 4m and 5m wide rolls and depending on the room dimension there could be offcuts that were unable to be used. I look forward to discussing this with you and resolving any questions you may have.

Ian was brilliant with getting hold of a carpet that wasn't readily available. Ian and the team were great with communication. The two fitters that came just got on with the job and I'm really happy with the finished carpets. I would recommend Lazy Carpets and would 100% use them again. Thank you Ian, fitting team and office staff Katie!
