I have just had Britannia Leatherbarrows to move me from my bungalow and into Holdover for a few weeks until my next property is ready for me to move in.

Jordan and James were very polite and got on with the job in a very professional way
On numerous occasions I was asked if I was ok and did I need any help with the packing of last minute possessions which I thought was very thoughtful.
I would highly recommend this company to do your move

I cannot praise them highly enough for their professionalism and unfailing commitment to what was an extremely trying move during the hottest week of the year. They were outstanding in their friendliness and willingness to help me at an incredibly difficult time. Leatherbarrows went above and beyond throughout this process and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Britannia Leatherbarrows was a moving company assigned to us as part of our international move from the USA. Declan and Jordan were fantastic super chatty and friendly. Nothing was a problem and they very careful diligent when moving things into the house. Having never used this company before we were definitely use it if we move again and would request for Declan and Jordan to be involved.

Great job under difficult conditions
Leatherbarrow moved us into our new home in June 2026. The team were excellent and worked hard to move a lot of household goods in spite of blisteringly hot weather. There was no damage caused as they took great care.
I highly recommend this company.

Perfect delivery by the two guys assigned to the delivery. Had to decant from main vehicle to a smaller one to be able to get access house in a smaller road. Essential unloading, loading and delivery in one. Worked extremely hard in what was a very hot day, excellent service. Could not fault. Would highly recommend.

Britannia Leatherbarrows were very professional throughout the move. Staff were friendly, and took extra care when needed. This was a particularly tricky move with many items of furniture needing to go over the 2nd floor balcony. They managed with ease and made it look easy!

Would give them 10* if I could! They arrived on time, gave me a quick call to say they were 15 minutes away. So helpful and professional, amazing team, they loaded everything, protected everything, absolutely nothing was damaged, when they arrived at the new house they again gave me a 15 minute warning and while I was dealing with builders they just cracked on with the job. They even reassembled my bed ready for me to put the bedding on! Seriously, if I hadn’t be so distracted did have given them a massive tip, and I regret not being concentrated when they left as they worked so hard and deserved a Billy Bonus Tip, they were so efficient. Can’t Praise Brad and James enough! If you get them, you have a dream team!

Leatherbarrows Removal Staff & Team
From beginning to end, over 6 days, the service was 110 per cent for House Removals. All staff deserve a pat on the back—absolutely no issue with anything. Even went the extra mile when I left the car keys in a box unexpectedly; a Team member retrieved them from the on-site storage facility over the bank holiday weekend before heading north on Tuesday for a 600-mile trip to deliver my goods. No breakages even. Will certainly be using them again in due course—absolutely spot on—one very Happy Customer.

Efficient removals
We had some furniture removed and put into storage in preparation for some building work at our property. Brad & James were friendly and efficient, taking their time to ensure the job was done properly.

Late arrival at our previous address…
Late arrival at our previous address meant that our furniture did not arrive at our new house until 5.00 pm in the middle of a storm and the boxes could not then be put upstairs. Had the company arrived earlier in the morning.this could have been avoided. Made a very stressful move.
