I have been using mine for a couple of months and I find it easy to use and clean.

The only thing to be careful of is the wire shelves in the big oven are very bendy. A small point, that shows just how good the cooker is.

3.5 yr old dual range cooker, element needed replacing, bad rust on oven door, knob fell off. Engineer came 14th July, brought wrong element, new knob was smashed when unpacked, oven door ordered. 2 weeks later no news from anyone. Rang supplier Currys, who sent voucher for full replacement. Great i thought. Purchased new cooker 13th Aug., delivered 18th Aug., installed but there was no conversion kit, so have not been able to use 7 rings since 18th Aug. Contacted supplier 14th Sept only to be told nothing has been ordered. I went into the Currys store and spoke to Manager, who is now looking into the appalling service i have received.

Delivered on time, unpacked and brough into house safetly , pleasant delivery guys

Don't like the fact that the main fan oven is the lower one. This was supposed to be replaced like for like from domestic and general and it was not until all my food burnt and I did more research to find that the higher oven is not fan.

Ordered lpg conversion kit online which confirmed order and said would be delivered within 7 days, 10 days later I called customer support and was transferred to 5 separate departments who finally said they couldn't help but the whatapp ai could! Of course it couldn't, only a while later a human intervened who reordered the kit. 3 weeks from initial order and still no delivery because they've used Evri.

Great product Promt delivery

Just installed new range cooker six weeks after purchase. Two screws for splashback were faulty. Spoke to Dan in parts dept. He wanted £22 to send me 2 newones. Outrageous. The screws were not fit for purpose. I expected two new ones free of charge.

Sorry but after 3 weeks my new long awaited cooker is not heating up or cooking food .. iam waiting for a replacement cooker .. I hope I’ve just been extremely unlucky .. so sorry to report the store is waiting on your response to replace

The two installers of our range cooker arrived on time & were excellent. They certainly knew what they were doing & were very respectful of our house.

Excellent, stylish oven. Hob controls a bit complicated.

We had the cooker.instaled aproxi1.month due to manuualfaction,fault we are unable to do any cooking relying on take aways.

The buttons /dials are plastic
Our gas hob wasn't starting on 1 ring
The small oven takes ages to cook anything
Definitely not worth the money

Nice looking range cooker very pleased with it and easy to work once it was fitted etc,would recommend to family and friends.

First time have had all electric cooker and really impressed, hob rings heat up quickly and easy to control, lower oven good size with 3 shelves. Top open and grill both easy to use and cook well. Sturdy cooker looks great. Delivery service very good, no problems at all.

The cooker itself is great, and am extremely happy with it.

Wasn't impressed that it was a range cooker and only one guy turned up to deliver it and expected someone to help him.

COOKER IS INSTALLED, BUT UNTIL NOW, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GAS SAFE CERTIFICATE... ALSO I WAS PROMISED £100 CASH BACK AFTER A MONTH..WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED UNTIL NOW...

It works well and was easy fitting. Everything works very well and is impeccable. I highly recommend other people to buy it. Satisfactory item

The cooker is missing 2 lights for the ovens. No light just 2 holes/slits. The large oven puffs out condensation out the vents at the top and the oven is soaking wet after I use it. I have had 2 ranges before and know this is not right.
Please help
