This is scam.

I have ordered serengeti mateo after confirmation that they have it in stock. 3 days later they have canceled my order without any further info.

I placed an order with LensNTrends but became concerned when the customer-service telephone number provided did not work. I emailed the company and requested cancellation and a full refund approximately 15 minutes after placing the order—before it could reasonably have been processed or shipped.

Despite how quickly I contacted them, the company would not simply cancel the transaction and issue the refund. This left me dealing with an unnecessary dispute immediately after making the purchase.

Based on my experience, customer communication and the cancellation process are inadequate. I recommend that prospective customers carefully review the cancellation and refund conditions before ordering and verify that the company’s contact information works. I will update this review if LensNTrends issues the full refund.

They do not have a working phone number and their emails are monitored by AI with generic responses only. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and that is very difficult to do in this day and age. I recommend buying glasses from Lens N Trends if you enjoy having money stolen from you.

They emailed me twice to change color, and then just disappeared.
No responses no product no refunds nothing.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from LensTrends a month ago and never got a delivery. I sent a message to the customer service email and was informed the product I ordered was back ordered (I never received communication to this effect) but the same product with a different lens was in stock and would be shipped right away. Its now been over a week and the USPS has not received the package for delivery and I have gotten no response from the company despite my repeated questions. At this point I will be disputing the CC charge and looking for my product elsewhere. I'm not sure if this company exists or if its a scam operation?

They took my money and never sent my order. Ghosted me for two weeks while I tried to contact them through every media possible. I had dispute their charge with my credit card company.

Same as other. Spent 400$ on sunglasses. 4 months later after numerous emails. No response and no glasses.

Please save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere! I ordered my sunglasses 5 weeks ago and have yet to receive them. When I call or email to check on my order, I am told that they have the glasses, but are waiting on the "box" from the warehouse so they can ship them. They promise I will have them in 2-3 days, and it never happens! In fact, when I called to check on my order AGAIN today, I only had to tell them my first name...that's how often I have called regarding this issue!
I finally had enough today and asked for a refund. We will see if that ever happens, either!
This company should be ashamed of their poor customer service! Actually, not even poor, NONEXISTENT!

Only got one star because they shipped ok. Unfortunately, the frames were very unflattering on me. Although they say they offer a return within 30 days, it is actually impossible to return since they will not give you an address to which to return, Before the 30-day return window was up, I tried multiple times to contact them through the website “customer service” form, separate emails and even left messages on a phone number. Not once did anyone ever respond, so now I am stuck with expensive frames that I cannot use.

Ghost Company. They never pick up the phone. Nerve respond to emails.
