Hello, Thank you very much for your order. For a return the client is responsible to arrange the return and pays the shipping costs. With an exchange you can use the discount code you have received to get discount on the exchange item you'd buy which will compensate these costs. That the return costs are €17 is not what we calculate but what your transport company charges you. You can choose the cheapest way for your return however we recommend to use a trackable service. Instead of offering free returns we keep our prices clean, meaning that shops that offer free returns have calculated a percentage in the price of the product. ( Compare and consider return costs a client would have with returning in a real shop where you have to go to, drive to, costing time, gasoline, etc.) We do offer free shipping with a minimum purchase of €200. Hello Nadia, Thank you very much for your order. In regards to Cat being free when purchasing 3 Golightly items is true, however to be able to receive it for free the information informed you will need to add it to your cart in order to receive it for free. Your order did not contain Cat, I'm afraid, therefore it was not delivered, due to it not being ordered, so sorry and understand your daughter is dissapointed, but your order was send correctly.
