Easy website to find products, order and find customer service if needed. Quality of products is always excellent, I love Levenger!

Everything was fine, BUT, no discount was applied through the site and I had to call to get it applied. Turns out it was too late (5 minutes after the purchase), and the best that could be done was to issue a credit for what would have been the discount. The net to me was the same (assuming all goes through), but unnecessary.

The roller ball pen refills I use were on sale for a great price. I got them within just a few days with the free shipping.

Terrible company. I ordered something that was in-stock, then received a totally different item. When I contacted Levenger, they said the item I had ordered was now out of stock, and had been ‘limited’ supply. When I asked for a refund, they told me I’d have to send the wrong item back at my expense. They lost my business with this bait and switch game.

I ordered two pens during a bogo. One pen shipped quickly, while the other was on a back order. During that backorder period, I was moving houses. I reached out to the Levenger team to see if I could get my address updated for the second half of my shipment. Joseph from customer service was beyond helpful and kind as he cancelled and replaced my order for my new address, and wished me the best in my new home. My pens are fantastic and I will happily purchase from Levenger again after seeing how quick and responsive they are to their customers.

The dot grid circa pages allow infinite flexibility. They’re perfect for note taking on a client call or a team meeting. The format allows me to create a list of important topics off to the side or an outline of next steps. The paper weight is heavy enough that I’m not concerned about bleed through as I flip the page, yet not so thick that it feels like cover stock.
