I love your products. Friends say you are too expensive and they can find it Mich cheaper. But you have the quality I want. I have many of your items, and hope I can still afford them when I retire in 4 months.
Your shipping is superb, I always get it before the estimated date given when I order.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is usually when I am on your site I’m looking for something specific. And you always seem to have the thing I want on back order. I think that’s good for you, but not so good for me. But I do find something anyway.
I like that you are a company that truly caters to readers and writers. I am both. Thank you!
