Terrific and service by Zach and Alfonso was great.

Lifeway Mobility promised and performed from beginning to end.
Sales consultant Fran Heisinger & installer Isiah were extremely courteous and efficient. Thank you Lifeway Mobility!

Jose was just here on a call for our Bruno Elite stairlift. Now 2-years old, the stairlift needed some TLC. Jose was friendly, competent and effective. He returned our stairlift to its original, reliable performance and removed the annoying noise it had developed. What an excellent experience to have been served by such a wonderful man. Thank you, Lifeway! Keep up the fine work and team. Your customers appreciate it.

Lifeway Mobility and their installer, Jose M., are easy to work with. Installation and instructions were prompt, clean, and professional. I would recommend this company for those needing these type of services.

The customer service at Lifeway Mobility Was excellent. And Juan, did our stair lift, was pleasant, on time, and did a great job

On time and cleaned up, too

Jim and Jeremiah were fabulous! They made things so easy. We got an appointment quickly and Jim was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what my mom needed. Jeremiah did an excellent job installing the ramp. The excitement on my mom’s face was priceless and her independence was restored! I can’t say enough about the service we experienced and the speed of getting it installed. Thank you!

As we neared the one-year anniversary of our stairlift, it was time for a check-up. Brenda arranged it quickly and perfectly. Eric and Ian were right on time, letting us know their EXACT ETA. They checked every system and were very happy with the condition of the lift - which, of course, makes US very happy as well. They said, if it keeps going like this, they'll see us in 5 years for a battery change. Works for me! And, of course, they're there for us before then, should we need. Wonderful company. Wonderful personnel. Wonderful customer service.
We highly recommend.

We had a great experience working with Nick and Andrew! They created a high quality and beautiful roll in shower and other modifications to our townhome bathroom . There A++ work and consideration to our needs were unmatched. Bravo Zulu!

All interactions with Lifeway Mobility were very positive from initial sales/ scoping, quoting and installation/training were great. Highly recommend this company.

I had a very pleasant experience. Louis was prompt, efficient and pleasant. So far my stair lift works perfectly and has made my life easier. I don’t know why I waited so long to get one.

Juan Rosado was amazing. He was kind and respectful. He took his time explaining what he was doing. After he diagnosed the issue he walked me through it and told me how to properly maintain my unit. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond.

Taylor was great very professional and knowledgeable . Would rwccome do to my friends and family

Thorough explanation of what is involved with installing two chairlifts in my house. Explained how units would work on my stairwells, installation, scheduling, and financing. All of my questions were addressed. A thorough explation.

Extremely happy with the custom ramp installed by John from lifewaymobility (Rancho Cordova location) at my elderly mother’s home. John explained the process thoroughly from how he was going to install the ramp and how to care for the ramp.

The project start (consultation/quote) to finish (completion) took much longer than anticipated but had to do with the unique configuration of the ramp. John was quite creative on how he installed the ramp and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you, John, Shannon, the ramp fabricators and the rest of the lifewaymobility crew!
