What a great experience we had having an outdoor ramp installed. From Michelle coming out to measure and Julian coming to install. The whole thing took less than a week and will greatly enhance my Dad’s safety.

From beginning to end Lifeway Mobility was a 5 Star. Melanie B, came to my home and explain the process, made recommendations and made my understanding of the product and the process so easy. Anthony R. was the second most helpful associate of the team. He was instrumental in helping to coordinate the instillation of my moms lift. The scheduler was able to work me in quickly due to an early discharge of my mother. I can only speak highly of the installer. HE WAS AWESOME. He walked me through the install, was patient with me as I asked him several questions. He did no rush me or the install. After everything was in place , he went through our new lifts safety features, operation and customer service if anything should go wrong. He was even more helpful and patient with all of my post questions.
The entire team at lifeway mobility was wonderful. I recommend them to install yours or in my case, a family members mobility device.

Anthony Russo is the man you wanna deal with in this company he goes above and beyond for his customer and he’s not just your typical sales man trying to shove garbage in your face he was straight forward honest caring and kind he has checked up with me periodically to check in on my grandmother amd never once pressured me in any way to make any descions and he made the whole experience so easy and honestly enjoyable considering the circumstances if your looking for some one to look out for you and not themselves I strongly suggest you ask for Anthony Russo for any all of your lifeway needs 5 stars isn’t enough but it’s all it lets me give
