From our initial contact in the showroom to the sales consultant and installer, our experience was satisfying. Each individual in the process was friendly, professional and knowledgeable which put our family at ease. We highly recommend Lifeway Mobility to anyone looking for a stairlift.

1. Technician was missing a part and had tu return after few hours.
2. Consultant never talked about the option of automated swiveling. My mom don’t have the strength in her legs to swivel manually . I am very dissatisfied with that situation.

CJ Barnes sold us a stair lift for a tricky staircase. She did a very good sales job. Unfortunately, the execution did not match the promises.

First, the crew shows up to install the lift but doesn’t have a part they need, so we reschedule. Next time, again - missing parts. Third time, they got it installed. They gave us a $350 gift card for the inconvenience.

Problem is, the installation was done incorrectly. First problem, the chair wouldn’t dock properly and the unit started beeping. We couldn’t get it to stop and couldn’t get anyone to respond for over 24 hours. Later found out it was cause by a defect with no fix - though they finally did show us how to stop the beeping if it happened again.

Also, the foot rest didn’t operate properly so you went up and down with your feet dangling. CJ told be this was how the unit worked. Also the seat belt broke and we were not given the remotes that go with the unit.

Finally; after several months of back and forth, the unit is working properly.

I asked for additional consideration and got an extra year of service. We spent almost $17k and did not get the level of professionalism you would expect at that price point. I just cannot recommend this company. There were just too many problems.

2 very experienced technicians did the job. Right on time, excellent work.

Cost me $295 for a service call to show me where the sensors were at so I can use the remote controls properly. You have to point them directly at the sensors for it to go up and down I feel the cost is scamming senior citizens for sure. $295 wow.

The service technicians that came out were wonderful. Answered all my questions about Mom's chair, caught an issue and resolved it. Fast and friendly. The one gentleman cleaned the lift rails to look brand new for her.No complaints.

Your call center to get an appointment needs people to actually answer it however. Instead of leave a message.

I do appreciate the young lady that did help me schedule this finally. Especially with the complicated schedule, she worked with me.

This chair lift is an essential in my Mother's daily life.

This was done with great professional skill

They have good technicians; however, their customer service and response time are extremely disappointing. It often takes more than two months for them to send a technician and complete a service call.

Our lift inspection was scheduled three months ago, yet we still have not passed the inspection because of their delays. Despite numerous phone calls and follow-ups, they have been unable to send someone in a timely manner.

What is particularly frustrating is that we are charged for each service visit, even when the technician does not resolve or repair the problem. The quality of the technicians may be good, but the lack of timely service, follow-up, and resolution makes their overall service unacceptable.

I had a great experience with the installation of my stairlift. Dakota did an excellent job with the installation—he was professional, knowledgeable, careful, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Frank was also wonderful and made the whole process, including the contract and arrangements, very easy and smooth. Both were friendly, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend them!

I am very pleased with my stairlift that was installed August 14, 2026 by a great young man named Andrew. Justin was the sales rep and he was a nice young man also. The entire team was a pleasure to work with as I met all of them when I chose to go to Hartford and see a chair in operation as suggested by Justin. I am a happy camper and feel safe in my home with this awesome chair to get me upstairs. Thank you Lifeway

Jose M installed Bruno stairlift at our home today. Installation looks good and clean. He gave all the instructions perfectly and even let us test the chair in front of him. Overall he did good job.
