I ordered a lot since I am renewing all the bedding in my apartment. I was so excited to receive the items. I received an email stating that FEDEX delivered the package. I went outside rushing and no package was left outside my house. When I checked the photo of proof of delivery they left it somewhere without a house in the photo so how would I be able to locate where to find it. I am so mad I am really expecting this package. Order number 1109839

Highly recommend!! The purchase was easy and returns just as easy. Company was responsive to inquiries and returns. I have bought several items. Quality is great too. Product descriptions are spot on. Personally I have love the quilts, easy washing and great selections.

I was looking for a lightweight blanket for spring and summer. I got an offer from Brad’s Deals and decided upon the 100% cotton waffle blanket. Reviews stated it was incredibly soft-that was most important to me because I have a pain/sensory disorder.

Sadly, the blanket did not work for me. It was not as soft as described and the color seemed off. Rather than leave a negative review, I reached out to the company.

When you make a purchase and it is good, that’s easy. But you find out the truth about a company when something doesn’t go well. Linens and Hutch went above and beyond their satisfaction guarantee policy. Because of this, I purchased a duvet cover set and a coverlet set! I have no doubt that if for some reason my purchase does not work for me, I can always return it for a refund.

Their shipping is always free and my blanket came within a few days. I look forward to receiving future orders from Linens and Hutch.

I ordered King sheets in late December. By February the sheets are torn in several places at seams. These are not quality! I've owned many sheets for years and years and never had this happen after 2 months. However the customer service was exceptional, answered my email immediately and they are replacing, so thats a big plus.

The bedding arrived on time and was lovely. The quality, price, style and packaging were appreciated.The customer service was amazing when I had a problem (that wasn't their fault). What a great company to do business with.

I have had the worst experience with a purchase that was advertised and the pricing was not honored.
I contacted Customer Support and it was horrible and Agents were rude via email.
I hope to be contacted by Corporate Office or Supervisor.

Best sheets ever!!! Not only are their sheets super soft but they are very breathable. I keep buying more and more items from them. Highly recommend!

Found same exact linens & blankets they sell on Wayfair, Overstock, and BB&B online. Better prices, too. Only their sales are worth it.

Linens & Hutch is the absolute best. The items are excellent quality, soft, and hold up well. The sales prices are amazing and deliver is quick.

Although the comforter we ordered turned out to not suit our needs, the shipping was really fast and customer service was excellent. I emailed asking to return the comforter and heard back the same day —- refund processed within a day. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again!

Purchased new sheets for a Cal King, so I have large canvas to work with. For the price and "quality" this company markets, buyers should be able to trust that the sheet patterns align. The pattern of my fitted sheet is opposite my flat sheet. I went all in for a different pattern design. So not happy with my purchase. Be leary of any site where every option has 5 star rating for everything. They've clearly taken more time to manufacture the reviews than their sheets.

I got a $125 sheet set on sale that was supposed to be "cotton percale". Percale is a special weave that should produce a crisp, matte finish. I expected at least a 300 thread count for that regular price. What arrived was an embarrassment for "luxury sheet" company. It had no name tag with just a symbol, not even country of origin, no thread count, nothing. Just a plain plastic wrapper with stock numbers. The sheets are thin, almost colorless (supposed to be blue) and very WRINKLY. The machine work is fair to poor. There are NO reviews for this set. When I contacted them, the agent said you can't leave a review; I would get an email from the company. Nothing has ever arrived. I know why now. Very unhappy

This company is a scam. All products are from a company called Ienjoy Home. You can purchase these items for half price or less at Amazon or Macy's. There's absolutely nothing luxurious about paper, thin sheets and a quilt that looks and feels like you can pick it up at the dollar store. I reached out to them but they blocked me from social media and will not return my emails.

I have written two reviews on the 6 piece towel set I bought. I posted a couple of pictures of the towels after washing after I received them of loose threads and loose seams. Neither of the reviews ever reached posting on their website. I am now posting here. For the price of the towels, you expect much better quality. I am disappointed and now aggravated that my reviews were never posted on the website.

Very disappointed in the product. There is snags all over the comforter after cleaning only once. I submitted a review and now told to contact the CS Team. As the consumer, I think they should have referred my review to the CS Team so they could reach out to me. Very dissatisfied. The date of purchase was 1.22.2025.

This comforter is very soft. The texture never loses its shape.

Sheets came without drying instructions. Impossible to cotnact customer service because it returns to the chapta all the time. The quality was barely ok for the (heavily reducded) price.
