Absolutely useless...took more than 3 weeks to give me a quote which should have taken 48 hours...excuse after excuse from Glynis Duffy. I'd already decided I wouldn't be using them due to this incompetence...and she had the cheek to ask me to respond within 48 hours when she eventually got around to sending the extortionate quote...my employer also seems to be aware of what was in my correspondence with this firm.

I do not recommend them in Employment disputes or legal advise. They know nothing and they pretend they have your best interest, when in fact to make sure their pockets are filled. Do not use them at all

I strongly do not recommend them. If you are looking for an employment solicitor, avoid them at all costs. They take advantage of your situation, give the impression they are acting in your best interest, and then leave you to deal with everything alone while still charging fees for no meaningful service.
