Fit true to size. Good quality and can’t argue with the price!

The dress was ok but average quality. The packaging was inadequate. Luckily the dress was not damaged.
Common sense says it should have been in a box of some sort.

Fabric is great- it looks exactly as it appears- if you are wide in the chest you might size up since it buttons in front, which is what I always do to avoid gapping. It does take a bit to get your delivery. Plan for 10 days.

Tried to contact for a refund 6 times. Terrible company, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM> WILL NEVER REFUND!!!!!

The prices are very good. The order confirmation was prompt. (You have to click on the link in the order confirmation to get the status going forward.) The quality of fabric appears good. It would be nice to know what fabric my items are--I don't see any fabric content on the tag. I got a large, and I think it's a tiny bit on the small side for a large. I'd order one size larger next time.

Returns are impossible even though statement says "EASY". This is the second time I have ordered from them. First order I just donated to a thrift shop, I will do the same with this order.

Don't trust this website. They claim Easy Returns but it is anything but. I ordered two items in different sizes and spent $173. Upon receipt, I realized that I couldn't zip the dress up or down because I live alone. I also wanted to return the pant suit size that didn't fit. I was owed a total refund of $128. They responded that I could keep the order and they would give me $22!! They are lying on their website about Easy Returns. Do NOT trust or order from this website.

SCAM!! Wish I had seen more of the bad reviews before I ordered. It said free returns on the site…
no *note stating see return policy. I got 2 sizes of a dress since I measured between. First, the fabric wasn’t even close to the photos!! Then when I asked to return 1 of them, they said they only accept returns for defective items. How is this “Free Returns”?!?!
My next step is to report them to the BBB.

The website clearly states a 30 day return policy. When I reached out to customer service to return 3 of the 4 items I received, they twice asked me to keep them for a fraction of what was paid. They do not provide instructions or return codes, just try to make the customer keep the items. Absolute fraud!

Love these pants. Soft and casual, very comfy. Only problem is that the length shrunk significantly after COLD WATER WASH and LINE DRY. I would say 3+ inches.

Clothes are super cheap quality. Like Shein cheap. But they charge a ton. Also ordered a two piece set only received one piece...sent email to service they want to charge me shipping to get the missing piece. Robbers....

I would rate this company a minus 10000 stars. Very fraudulent! Sizes not true to "their" size chart and when they don't fit you can not return them, even though their web page states Easy returns!! They try to bargain with you with $12 and keep the clothes. If they fit I would keep them and not ask for a refund!!! Then it was $16, then $25 and "their last offer" of $50. They claim I have to send them back to Dubai to get a refund. Do you really think they will refund my cc when I send them to a fraudulent address??? I keep asking for an address in the US since they were shipped from one but no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! REPEAT...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Do Not order from this company, what a scam they’ve got going on… I waited over a month for my dress to arrive, it didn’t fit. I requested to return the dress many times and had no response. I continued to ask for an address to return, and I would pay the shipping. The response I had was “It will be expensive “ as I thought it was shipped in the USA. They offered me $8.00 for the dress that I paid $45.99 plus shipping $9.99 a total of & “$55.98” I finally had enough and excepted “$8.00” and received it July 28th. I will never buy anything from this site ever again, and highly discourage anyone to buy anything here unless you like getting ripped off!

I just wish the material was more cotton since I live in a very warm climate and this material is more like a Rayon. The pants will be fine, but I'm not so sure about the dresses.

If I could rate it lower, I would. Similar negative experiences you see in here on returns. Why should I have to ship a return to Dubai if they are selling and shipping here? Trying to get me to keep it with discounts. Unless they give it to me for free so I can throw it in the trash, it isn’t enough. Tell me it is too expensive for me to ship to Dubai. Let me decide that! Terrible quality and terrible customer service. Can’t talk to a customer service rep. Don’t know if it will help, but filing a complaint about them with my credit card company.

I received all of the items I ordered. It took 7 weeks to arrive, but I am happy with the merchandise I finally received.

Interesting. An email was sent asking me if I was happy or unhappy with my experience with this company. I clicked unhappy because I am, and it wouldn’t let me fill out this review. So I literally had to click happy in order to write how I felt about my service. This company advertises their items are made in South Carolina. Well I live in South Carolina, and you know how long it took me to get one bathing suit? 27 days. So that’s about as false advertising as it gets. There’s no email address to follow up and ask questions of where the product was. They sent a tracking email that had no tracking on it and was never able to be tracked. so I’m going to guess that this company is somewhere in Asia and is scamming people with their information about who they are and where their products are made. Order with caution. I strongly dislike dishonesty
