The worst company
The worst company, After we had completed our partnership negotiations they changed all there team memebers (This shoud have raised a red flag). Being that they changed team members you would assume that they had done their internal handing over of our account.. NOPE!!!!! everything that we agreed to they are nothing going to honor.... Fast forward 6 to 8 months later they sent me our Annual invoice for support and service.... 2 months after we paid the invoice they sent me another invoice to Pre-pay my annual invoice for the upcoming year. it's at this point where we decided to terminate the partnership and find an alternate solution.... If anyone is looking to use Loconav I suggest to use Light Metrics as they the actual company that Loconav uses, they just white label it with loconav branding.
