Have had legitimately countless problems with this company and it’s Host to Own program. Between them refusing to do maintenance, leaving us and our extra unit without running water, to them over charging rent, to contact email or app changes every month making them impossible to get ahold of for help. Trust me, it is not worth it, no matter how easy or seamless they make it sound. They’ll leave you to solve every problem on your own while charging you into oblivion without discretion. Just do a traditional rental or buy with ANYONE. but them or Flyhomes, who now owns them. We’re now about to have to cancel our 3rd reservation this month because they will not fix the water. Save yourself, seriously.

Would rate zero stars if i could! the house was absolutely filthy—i wish i could post pics on here. Rotten food in the fridge, dirt, dust bunnies, half smoked joints on the floor, no functioning fire alarms, wires hanging from the ceiling, absolutely disgusting. I contacted the host and they said they could do nothing as they cannot process refunds themselves. loftium inc has done nothing to rectify the situation and i’m guessing they are avoiding me so that they don’t have to take responsibility or process the refunds that my group are deserved. Further, this seems like a nightmare situation for hosts (people trying to buy houses who have low income situations) who get very little income from the rentals and have to assume responsibility of the property without any support. major scam and literally terrible

Move in date, house was dirty, all locks for windows, the front door, back door, and back sliding door were all broken. It was impossible to lock up the house. I told them about this before I even applied. So they knew of everything, yet forced me into their rental. The. They wanted me to rent out the back room, which the only entrance and exit is that sliding door, door was broken for like 2 months until the handyman that they hired destroyed the framing of the door. Every single time I reached out to tell them there was an issue, it was a battle. One time, they literally said it wasn’t their issue and told me to talk to the landlord…..uhhhmm you’re whom I rented through. You’re my landlord. Worst move in experience, worst living experience ever! They do absolutely nothing but take the money for the Airbnb while you do all the work. Rent a house, buy a house, and do all the work to collect the side hustle. Loftium is just gonna make you do everything, while they get the Airbnb money. Great business plan! HORRIBLE EXECUTION!

Absolutely one of the worst companies to rent from. They trick you into believing they will pay you to take care of their Airbnb rental. The amount of work and responsibility equates to about a $5/hr job. They do not respond and bully you if you complain.

The space was very comfortable and the hosts were super nice, very responsive and accommodating.

Valerie was so good with communication and checked on me multiple times throughout my stay. She also was flexible with us leaving early in the morning. She supplied snacks like candy, chips, oatmeal, coffee, tea, granola bars, cold water in the fridge. Very accommodating.

The hosts were perfectly separate but involved. They were responsive and so friendly. The area feels safe and quiet while still SO easy and quick to access main highways and roads. The kitchenette was well stocked and prepared with the best aesthetic and decor. The memory foam bed was incredibly comfortable and well dressed and NOT wobbly (I feel like this is rare…).

When I made a reservation for a visiting relative, Sonya was super accommodating. The space is super clean and spacious and the location on Mt. Tabor was quiet, but close enough to the heart of Montavilla that my Aunt was able to walk to get anything she needed. We will definitely suggest Sonya’s rental space to family and friends visiting Portland in the future!

Perfect space for a few days' stay. I was able to cook dinner two nights with the kitchenette setup (which even has an insinkerator)! Maggie was super responsive whenever I had questions. Highly recommend!

Robert was an amazing host. He was kind, responsive, helpful, and considerate. The stay was nice, quiet, and perfect for an extended stay. I cannot recommend this site enough.

This space was just what I needed for my stay :) Aja was extremely kind and helpful while accommodating my trip. Would certainly consider staying here again if back in Denver.

I loved my stay in “the skinny suite”! It was a perfect location and set up. I was able to work remotely via the convenient desk area and wi-fi, slept soundly since it was nice and quiet, and was able to walk to lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops and felt very safe in the neighborhood. The hosts were respectful and communicative and I would highly recommend staying here!

We just spent 3 weeks at Matt’s Magnolia AirBnB in Seattle and we could not have been happier. Matt was an extremely gracious host and he went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of during our stay.

The accommodations were outstanding, the location ideal and the hospitality was second to none. Truly an amazing time!

Rented from Loftium for a year. Actually the worst experience I've ever had. Signing the lease was rushed and pressured, the house was NOT clean when I moved in, and the "support team" was less than helpful when it came to any issues. One of the airbnb guests broke down a door, blah blah.

Now after having moved out (the home owner also decided not to re-sign their lease with loftium) the home owner is doing a walk through to determine if I get my security deposit back.

Except that they are evaluating it from 2019 when Loftium first started renting from them and not from 2021 when I actually moved in, so I'll be liable for everything since 2019 and Loftium just says they can't help.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, ITS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM.

Our stay at Justine's Airbnb was an absolute pleasure. They we're very friendly, detailed, and helpful.
Had everything we could possibly need at the Airbnb. Everything was nicely decorated and clean and it was a very central location. Would happily stay there again!

Brooke and her partner were very accommodating and flexible! Their space was spacious, nicely decorated, and in a great location. Checking in/out was seamless and I could not have asked for a better experience!

Todd was awesome. Helpful. Quick to respond. Made us feel right at home.

The space itself was a bit small, and one room didn’t even have a window, which made the room quite dark. When my husband got up in the middle of the night he bumped against art on the wall which fell and cracked, and we wound up being charged for that.

Had I known this was rented by a company and not individuals I would have found another location.

Our stay in Denver was great. The accommodation had everything we needed, and Meredith, the host, was very responsive with communications and answering any questions we had in a timely fashion. It was a really good stay.

Super comfortable & accommodating spot in a great, walkable neighborhood that was perfect for my four-day stay in Denver. Sue was a gracious & communicative host, and everything was exactly as advertised. Recommended!
