Bad AI incapable of editing and ZERO support!
Not good. The "credits" you pay for get very unfairly burned up every time you try another edit, necessary because their crappy AI cannot properly understand prompts. It's incapable of even comprehending the difference between left and right, so it's literally impossible to make any edits.
When you initially enter a prompt to generate your logo, the results look very impressive... until you look closer and notice a minor flaw or two. But trying to fix any flaws is futile because of how poorly their AI processes basic instructions.
To make matters worse, they only offer email support, and I still haven't received a response 12 hours after sending a help request.
UPDATE: 7 days later and they still never responded to my email request for tech support / help.
