This platerform is a disaster! The designer is not finishing the logo that costs me 400 euros and never answer my messages on their website!
When I am asking the website Logoground.com support to ask the designer to finish the work, their answer is that I have to ask the designer directly! I can not start the marketing campaign because the logo is not finished! Be very careful before to buy a logo on this website as you might have similar problems and the support will not help!

I love our logo but cannot use it. When I try to download the files only the logo is in there. It wasn't in vector format and REPEATED emails to designer and Logoground yielded NO HELP. Sad because the logo is gorgeous.

I'll start by saying that I successfully purchased a logo from LogoGround about 4 years ago. No issues. I tried to replicate that experience about a month ago. Following the transaction, I did not receive the files (or even any communication) from the designer within the 1 business day window. I emailed LG support and did not receive a reply. I waited a week and send a follow up email offering to choose another logo. No response. I sent an IM to them by Twitter as suggested on the website...no response. I then requested a refund since I did not receive the files and missed my deadline. No response. I filed a fraud alert with PayPal. I finally heard from LG about 4 weeks later and they told me that they could not refund my money since the files are now posted. Keep in mind, this reply came about 3 weeks after I requested the refund. Clearly, they do not adhere to the policies posted on their website. It's an unreliable source and they have lost my trust.
