I have bought a dress and shoes from them before, very nice quality, I absolutely loved it. I 100% recommend it but also take into consideration that the shipping fees are going to be a little costly since it is located in China lol.

Unique clothing you will never find anywhere else and super good quality as well! The sizes are accurate and customer service is amazing. When I asked for updates they would always let me know how things are going, super friendly too!
The only downside is the long wait, but makes sense if it's a pre-order. I was very happy to wait. Thank you for my new outfit, its so perfect!!!

I ordered a one-piece dress, three blouses, a skirt, two petticoats, and a pair of shoes. The dress, two of the blouses, and the skirt were all preorder items. The rest were in stock. I ordered in mid-July, with my estimated time of arrival for all items being late November (due to the pre-order items).

All of my items arrived early (It's October)! Everything arrived to me safely and exactly as expected. The sizing chart was accurate, so everything fit very well. I wore my outfit out today--I got a lot of compliments and it was very comfortable, even though that was the first time those shoes were worn!

If you order from here, keep in mind that shipping will be very expensive. You can pick the shipping method before you put it in your cart (with some vary in cost), but it will be expensive no matter what option you pick since it's from overseas. If you have any questions or concerns, the customer service in my experience is great. When I contacted them, they got back to me the next day.

Overall: I recommend buying from here and would buy again. It's pricey, but I love Lolita clothing. The quality is worth it. :)

I had an issue with my package because my local postal service completely messed up on the delivery attempt (they didn't even attempt actually), and immediately sent the package back to sender. Since my local postal service was totally unresponsive, I had to contact LolitaWardrobe's customer service to look for a resolution to my case. And I can totally assure that they were very responsive, kind, and payed attention to my case to make sure my order will get delivered right.
I am totally grateful to Angela and to the team for handeling the issue with great care.

I do think all the negative reviews are from bad understanding of their FAQ or guidelines. It is not a regular clothing shop as they act as a proxy for very specific brands to international customers. Items might seem a little bit expensive, but it is worth the price as the overall quality (material, details) is excellent!

I haven't got any bad experience with them so far and I will definitely buy again. If you love lolita fashion, I can only recommend checking their website and see what might catch your interest!

I am truly disappointed with the service that I received. I ordered an outfit at the end of April for my kids grad. I triple checked the processing time and shipping time to ensure it would be here by the first to second week of June. Obviously this is a very important day so as a parent you’re on the ball. The first week of June came and I reached out to see if it was shipped. I will say that they responded fairly quickly but I don’t think customer service is really important to Angela. She accused me of not reading everything and said I would get my package in August. I told her that this was unacceptable and I would need a refund. She said no she could not do so. I am had to actually let her know that if she didn’t want to resolve the situation I would have to proceed with further action. That is when I got my refund. I will never shop from here ever which is truly disappointing!

So, i've seen a beautiful dress in late july from last year, but missed it from a few days (it was a limited in time product).
I've tried to check on other website if i could get one despite being too late for ordering one.
Unfortunately, i've been told that it will not be possible from many of them.
But when i asked to LolitaWardrobe, they told me that it may be possible to get one if there is any leftover after the manufacturing was done, it was supposed to take approximately 3 to 4 months.
They kindly offered me to remind me past this delay if any leftover existed, and 5 months after, on the end of December, they contacted me to say that there are some leftover available.
So i bought one immediately.

But it's not over, i had some trouble with FedEx delivering me the package, like 2 weeks of mail and phone call trying to have any information on where i could pick it up..
After going to a wrong address that i've gathered on the FedEx website, i've received an email from LolitaWardrobe asking me if i finaly could get the package from FedEx and they gave me a different address that they had on their tracking order.
I finaly get there and could get the package.

Anyway, the customer service really knows what they are doing, you get answers to your questions and even more than you could possibly ask them..
In the end, we got to exchange close to 30 mails.

1 Star for FedEx on this, but definitely 5 for LolitaWardrobe

I have ordered from Lolita Wardrobe twice, once a preorder and once a regular purchase. Because of covid my preorder was about a month late, but Angela helped answer my questions. I was initially worried about ever receiving my first order, but Angela let me know when it shipped out and it was worth the wait. The quality is fantastic. My only issue being the delicate zippers because I'm on the edge of their size chart.

This company is a little slower to ship out, but they specify that in their ordering process. It's quality over speed. I plan on ordering again.

im very happy the dress arrived on time, the material is quite nice and it surprisingly fits me. the only issue is that the shipping costed me more than the actual dress. im not disappointed.

This was my first experience shopping for lolita fashion and I was extremely impressed with their customer service. Having never purchased lolita dresses before, I messaged them on Facebook for sizing recommendations and they responded in less than 24 hours with very thorough advise. Additionally, due to a mix up on my end (a tailor had given me the wrong measurements) I had to contact them after placing the order and they happily worked with me to get me the larger sizes I needed. All of the dresses I received are well made, color accurate, and fit me well based off of their recomendations. I would reccomend ordering months before they are needed as packaging and shipping take time (which is completely reasonable for a large order that has to travel between countries). I was very pleased working with them and look forward to browsing for future lolita purchases.

While I'd put it on a bit of the expensive side, the quality of the outfit was very good, though I'd recommend resewing the buttons to reinforce them to be safe. It arrive pretty quickly and is very comfortable to wear.

I was weary purchasing from this website merely because of the mix of reviews, but everything came perfectly. There is a estimated time interval for processing before shipped. It took a about three months. Once they shipped they came exactly as ordered. Both sizes fit perfect. Everything was as described. I do recommend contacting them through their official Facebook rather than their contact us email. They never responded to my email but they did respond on Facebook. I'm more than likely to buy from them again and do more pre orders.

If you are patient and don't have much of a hurry, I've heard that this is a pretty trustworthy website. In terms of products, the selection may be smaller than on other websites, but the items are fairly priced (in the eyes of a beginner lolita) and the quality of said products really lives up to the price. I ordered the Holly Marine dress and the Panda Maid dress along with some accessories, including an underskirt. The dresses fit me excellently, and while the Panda Maid dress was a bit wrinkly its nothing that ironing can't fix. If this review was only based on products I'd gladly give it 4, even 5 stars.

Service gets a solid 1 star from me. For one, while ordering we specifically picked DHL as our shipping method. While products were fairly priced shipping was a whopping 70€, and we didn't even get DHL, we got FedEx. For context: FedEx, at least here in Finland, is untrustworthy at best. This upsets me because I can somewhat understand paying 70€ for DHL, but for FedEx? Under the claim that we will receive our package from DHL? That gesture isn't on the level of an insult anymore, it's on the level of a slap in the face.

The processing time for items is buried deep, deep in the information, and I am pretty sure when I ordered from the website it simply wasn't there. The fact I didn't know there would be an extra delay to my order definitely didn't help the situation.
The Panda Maid dress, despite supposedly being in stock, had to be ordered and due to some undisclosed delays costed an extra week of waiting.

If you're a person who isn't bothered by bad customer service, LolitaWardrobe is a good choice. However, if you prefer not being treated like a disposable napkin, I wholeheartedly recommend picking another website.

I ordered a lolita dress from lolitawardrobe.com. I did have to wait 2 months (but this could be due to covid and that it had to come to the uk) but once it came, it included two clip on bows and several pin on bows and the dress was very well made and fit very nicely and I would recommend it as the prices are worth the product.

I ordered a jsk with cat themes. A few days later I noticed an accessory I wanted to add to the purchase, so I contacted the seller. (When shipping occurs, different weight levels determine how much it will cost to ship. It was determined that the accessory would not put me into the next weight category for shipping, so the seller sent me a paypal link to add the item.

Shipping was prompt. Before I made my purchase I made sure to check how long it would take to make and ship. My item was a seasonal one, and the website informed me it would take five months to arrive after my order was placed.
My package arrived with no damage to the exterior or interior. Inside the shipping bag, each garment was sealed inside it's own protective clear plastic bag. Notification of shipping was texted to my phone so I could receive updates. The text occurred one day before I received the email notifying me that my item had shipped.

The dress was even more beautiful in person. The fabric had a subtle shimmer, which the camera didn't seam to pick up. The ombre dye was flawless. If you are busty with a small waist, I would recommend going one size up when purchasing a haori. It doesn't show under a jsk, but if you wanted to wear it with a skirt you might have odd wrinkling around the chest.

Customer service was both polite and professional. Each time I had a question I received a response within 24 hours with perfect language skills. This was my first ever major egl purchase, and I will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a custorm size dress, and holy moly I am i freaking love!!!!
