You mentioned in your email that when you ordered it on April 28 it said 20 business days to process order and another 6-7 days to ship, we never wrote "20 business days", it's really bad to lie.
And we explained in our email that we're just a Taobao reseller, you bought the items from us and then we bought the items for you from the Taobao shop, we have paid your items for the Taobao shop and the Taobao shop has prepared the related fabrics to make your items, the vest you ordered has already been made, the blouse you ordered is close to finish and the shorts you ordered are being in tailor processes right now. In this case, we can NOT ask the Taobao shop for refund.
