Where to start, it definitely was an experience, went there for a cheap MOT ended up changing Tyres, breaks and pads, they tend to overcharge and if you dont know about cars or cost of labour and parts they easly take advantage of you, I was presented a quote for over 1k which then went down to 670, so, do your research first, they did the job, collected the car, errors where showing up, parking break wouldn't come off as needed to be reset and they didn't know how. Cleared the error and after I drove away and parked the car, one I was ready to drive again, I was stuck once more as parking break wouldn't come off, thankfully the Internet is a usefull tool and I found online the correct procedure to reset parking break after changing breaks and pads.
After that the car reported that a wheel sensor was missing, when pointing that out, they kinda stopped replying and had to stalk them a while before they would agree to replace it.
When this was done, I had to also repair a coolant leakage, which they charged 400£ for and kept the car for 10days when collected the car, they weren't even able to tell me what work was required to do besides printing an invoice which stated "hoes" as main voice (joke).
The engine bay was full of coolant everywhere, even tho I explicitly asked for them to clean it properly prior the job was done, when I pointed that out they just looked at me and smile. The interior was filthy, dust everywhere as they left the windows open throughout the whole time and all the dust and other stuff from the workshop was inside. If I could attach pictures I would.
Don't understand how they pretend to have good feedback or make a client return when they're not able to take care of a vehicle and they would return it in those conditions without even wash it first. The women at the receptions are nice and they kinda try to make up for all the wrong things, however, I'd rather being treated rudely knowing the my carnis taken care of, rather then listen to false promises and reassurances.
Just basic common sense when running a workshop.
This will defo be the last time I step in there.
