Have been trying to cancel for ages. I "apparently" don't have an account registered with either of my emails but they still keep trying to take money out and have for months now reporting to the credit files missed payments thus negatively impacting my credit score. My financial situation took a huge impact due to sudden disability and I can no longer afford nearly £12 per month for a "subscription" to something I have nothing to show for.

My advice if your credit score is poor, save the subscription fee and use that money to put towards a real debt.

I have give this company 5* because I want everyone that reads 5* reviews to take time and read 1* reviews. I wish I had before signing up. I have a great credit score but wanted to use this company to same money. I was only with this company from 21/11/2025 - 2/01/2026 paying in a total of just of £94. I decided to close my account because I believed more money than agreed was taken out of my main account. Also I decided I don’t actually need this company to increase my credit score, because my Credit score is actually really good and therefore don’t need this company to save money in. However, when I tried on many occasions to close my account with this company, its website kept directing me all over the place. Eventually I found a way, well I thought I did. But in fact, found out they were keeping a majority of the £94 cash I put in to be told I would only receive £20 in a form of a voucher that can only be used to open a bank account of there choice. Today
I tried to get back into my account after receiving a email on Wednesday stating I only 1 week to redeem voucher. I want my £94 cash back not a £20 voucher. I believe this company is a scam. And I will be contacting trading standards, MP, fraud line to find out my rights. I feel this company is misleading.
