I made my first order just before 5PM on Thursday afternoon and received all my items in Sydney the following morning before 9AM. Never have I ordered online from a company that delivers in every area: quality in clothing and packaging, fast delivery, true to size and high expectation.
I am extremely pleased with both the look, style and fit of all three items I ordered and can not recommend you enough. From the packaging to the quality in material and make of each garment, everything is outstanding.
From purchasing to receiving, I had no problems or issues. I will definitely be making purchases in the future and look forward to wearing your label.

I have bought two dresses from Loreta and they have come through with the goods both times. The dresses are amazing quality, thick good quality fabrics. I get so many compliments when I'll wear my Loreta dresses!! The postage is super fast and I live in a rural area. I ordered on Friday midday and received on Monday afternoon. I cannot fault loreta and love them so much I am now just waiting for my 3rd item to ship out, the mystery dress!!

I ordered a dress for the first time through this company, paid expressed postage for it to arrive on time. It did but it was stained with marks that looked brown and make up like, after a couple of emails they hyave responded but now too late for another outfit for my event. I am hoping for a full money refund, plus postage as I do not wish to take this risk and shop again with a store credit sadly.

I simply wish to make new customers aware of my experiences with Loreta Clothing. Below are the main reasons for my dissatisfaction from their service.
- Bought a dress for a wedding in size 10 in accordance to size chart Dress arrived it was too big. Returned dress and had to pay for return postage. I was denied a full refund in line with their policy.
- Reluctantly arranged for an exchange for a smaller size dress by paying for a new dress, and paying the postage again. Subsequently I was informed dress in size 8 was sold out without this being clearly stated on the website.
- Needed the dress asap and even though they couldn't provide the service, they still refused to refund in accordance with their policy. At this point I was out of pocket by $149.00 inclusive of postage.
- Then I had the stress of spending more time looking for an alternate dress to wear to the wedding that would be similar to the original dress because I had already purchased accessories.
- Whilst negotiating with Loreta I reluctantly agreed to store credit, which I could use within 24 months. At this point to ensure I was not further out of pocket I asked for 1 x free postage to go with my store credit to which they agreed.
- Upon return from the overseas trip for this wedding, I decided to use my store credit for an upcoming birthday event. However having purchased a new dress Loreta, without contacting me, sent me the wrong size because they did not have the correct size in stock. This further disappointed me due to the fact that sizing was the original issue.
- With this third attempt at purchasing a dress, Loreta finally offered a free return and full refund once they received the returned item. However it was only after repeated prompts and confirmation from myself (with support from Auspost) that they had received the returned item that the refund was finally processed.
Throughout this whole process I felt that Loreta's customer service and communications were abrupt and automated.
In my opinion, due to my personal experience, the all around service of Loreta Clothing has been a poor online shopping experience. I will not be shopping with them again.

First time purchasing from Loreta. I ordered express because i needed the clothes within a week. It took more than 7 days for my purchase to arrive. When it did there was an item missing. I have emailed twice now to have this sorted and every time i get an email back saying someone will get back to me within 24 hours. Its been 3 days and i am still waiting. The quality of the clothes is good but the service is suboptimal. I buy clothes online from overseas and the delivey is not only shorter but they address any query promply.

Dress are of good quality but you really have to wish it suits you otherwise you will be stuck at the loop of just getting store credit or exchanging it for a different one. Mind you that you pay for the shipping fee - even if you return it. You will loose a lot of money if none of the clothes they sell suit you as they do not refund especially on Afterpay payment. I have explained to them that buying online is very tricky as you cannot fit the dress and just cannot rely on the "size guide". All online stores know this. I have reported them to consumer affairs victoria as "no refund" policy is unlawful.
Save yourself from headaches. Save your money as well and don't buy from this website. There are a lot of online stores in Australia who are more lenient than them.

After I returned a dress as it was too heavy and my arms to the dress size ratio wouldnt fit.. None of their other clothes are to my taste and they refused a refund of my afterpay ever after I told them I could keep the first payment. They should refund like other retail online outlets do... Will be advising not to buy from loreta.. very disappointed!
Bought an item for my girlfriend from this webside for the first time. i was little scared to spend that much money on a dress. so, i asked so many questions to the customer care & they gladly answered all my enquiries, which was great help choosing the dress. Once we recieved the dress,it was even better looking than the pictures.The fit of the dress is amazing and its now my girlfriend’s favourite dress.

The set that I ordered was a nice quality - the colour was a little different to what I expected though. I personally didn't like how it looked on me so I decided to email the company about how I could exchange it etc - I had a few different questions. The lady that responded to me basically just said that the details were all on the exchange form and that she'd attached another copy for me. I found her response quite rude and inconvenient as I needed those answers ASAP so that I could arrange and exchange in time for when I needed a dress. I decided to reply to her again and ask about the questions she hadn't addressed and her response again did not answer all my questions. I'm super disappointed with the customer service because I now have to spend more money to buy a new outfit (and won't be getting back my money for the original dress as they only do exchanges) all because my questions weren't answered in time to sort out an exchange - I also mentioned that I needed this dress by a certain date which didn't seem to bother the staff member. Such a waste of time and money!!!

I ordered the Carmin - BIG MISTAKE if you want a decent dress!! The fabric quoted in the description was "bandage" and the photos show the dress is bandage fabric (that's if they haven't changed the details by now). The dress arrives, the dress is not was expected!! All the materiel which is skin tones turned out to be all see through mesh (front, back and sides, the admitted to being mesh so WHY isn't it in description?!?!?).
I contacted them ask for a refund as the descriptions and photos wasn't a true reflection. They refused and offered a store credit, after many emails and wasted time. I don't want a store credit because I don't want to do business with a store that does not know to describe their dresses. They have been reported to fair trading for not refunding the money due to a product not matching the description (which is noted on the fair trading website). I feel they catch you in with a store credits so you fall into the cycle of buying and exchange for false product advertising.
I tried to be nice and give them the chance to redeem themselves and they haven't.....buyers be aware of their products

In response to your feedback Fiona, you failed to mention in all my correspondence to you that I was being patient, responding to your questions, providing you photos from your own website. Two other people looked at the same dress they confirmed they could not tell it was mesh (so it's not just me). They were not threats, it was stating to you what my legal rights as a consumer. You guys were going around in cycles asking me the same questions, hence I said don't waste my time. I realise you are small business, hence why I was trying to work with you and based on some of your reviews, there were comments on your products that were received that were not as expected so I'm not the first to point that one out.

I have shopped with Loretta multiple times being from Perth you would expect long wait times for delivery. Every single time I have received my order within 2 days max and the Dress quality is AMAZING! They are so efficient and their range is stylish and everyone always asks me where I get my outfits from.
By far my most favourite go to online store when I need that one outstanding dress for an event. Thank you guys you’ve done it again! ❤️

My daughter afterpaid a dress was told it would defiantly be there by certain date then was told a week before that won't come till March she needed that dress for special occasion and now they won't cancel the afterpaid which she now cannot afford cause she had to go out and find something else on afterpaid terrible service shops at fault here not her
