Hello Stam,

Thank you for your purchase at Louie Supply, Co. At the time your purchase order was made, the shipping timeframe as mentioned in our website includes both the processing time + delivery time. And that we request all orders be allowed 3-5 business days to process and additional timeframe for delivery. Standard Shipping to the US normally take 7-14 business days.
However, we've been in contact with the courier and due to the current pandemic situation, we've been informed there will be delays on all orders.

On stalled tracking updates, it is also normal to see tracking details stalled for several days since the next tracking update will be when your local Customs Office has cleared/released the shipment.
Upon tracking, your package has been forwarded to the Air Transport Office and is currently en route to you. Rest assured that your package has indeed been shipped off and will be reaching you very soon!

We do appreciate your purchase at Louie Supply, Co. Please understand that orders are immediately forwarded to our fulfillment team for processing and normally shipped out the next day. The Customer Experience Team is also work remotely, away from the fulfillment and processing team. There are many cases wherein customers would reach out for cancellation or order modification and we are able to catch up with the order processing and grant the request of the customer.
It is indeed unfortunate that your order must have been shipped out already when we received your request, the reason why we were not able to grant your request.

You must have been offered an option to return the item after delivery. Please be informed that we did have face delivery problems in the previous weeks due to the pandemic, particularly orders placed on March and April but we have now recovered in processes and deliveries having changed courier partners multiple time. We do understand your frustration on the matter. And we also apologize for the delay.
We did have shipping problems on orders placed between March and April since we were also caught off guard by how massive the pandemic affected global shipments.

But please be informed as well that we have changed couriers multiple time and shipping issues had been resolved as well. If you intend to place a new order, estimated date of delivery is now between 10-20 business days after shipment.

We thank you for your purchase at Louie Supply, Co. We admit that we did have problems on shipping for orders placed between March and April due to how the pandemic affected global shipping processes. Most couriers, if not all, requested delivery extensions so we hope you can extend your understanding on the matter.

Regarding cancellation of order, please note that all orders are immediately processed by our system so it is highly likely as well that packages are shipped immediately. A tracking is assigned by the courier so if a tracking no. is already available it means that the package has been forwarded to the courier. Please be advised though that once the package has been forwarded the courier, we actually do not have control on its operations, especially at this difficult time of pandemic.

We tried to check in your purchase details but unfortunately we cannot locate it since your did not leave us your full name and invoice no. If you still have not received your purchase order until this date, we can provide you refund once confirmed that the shipment has been lost in transit.

Hello Sean,

We highly appreciate your purchase at Louie Supply, Co. We like to clarify that based on the shipping timeframe published in our website at the time of your order placement, estimated delivery dates for your purchase order is indeed between June 1-8. Please understand that we ship via Standard Shipping which uses the local postal services and not via DHL/FedEx/UPS which charge really so much bigger shipping fees. We even waived the shipping fees and covered the shipping cost at a minimal purchase amount.

While we understand that since delivery has passed the June 8 as promised, we do see that tracking details had been updated as of June 11th and states that your package is now at your local USPS office awaiting delivery schedule. If you can allow USPS several more business days to complete delivery process, then that would be great.
