The books came in great condition and faster than anticipated and was a good 10$ less than popular price

Paid $20 for delivery on something being sent with a 3rd party delivery service instead of just using USPS. It's being sent and received from within the contiguous United States and it's taken 5 business days alone to process with the 3rd party. It still hasn't been dropped off to be delivered by USPS with no updates in sight

Great price and prompt delivery. We had the books checked out by teachers before ordering, so we were confident these books were suitable for the key stage and educational.

I orded books and waited nearly two weeks and have emiled the CS but only got very limited support. Only got replied from the 1st email saying there is problem in shipping but never heard response afterwards and didn't even know how the delivery is going. Will not buying from them in the future and don't recommend as well.

I order books, waited for weeks for the delivery, and still haven’t received the books. Tracking says waiting on product. I’ve emailed several times asking for updates or help and have received little to no response only giving me a tracking number. Would recommend never using them.

Lowplex Books trade as Price Cut Books Ltd on Temu, where I bought a set of nine books from them. The order was not delivered to my home. When I complained they simply refused a refund. I even offered proof that the items had been delivered elsewhere. Awful service.

The book collection was not as advertised. It stated it was the complete faraway tree but it was a collection of 10 short stories taken from various of the four actual books. The illustrations are great but it was very expensive for what it was.

They sent the wrong books. I contacted them, and they didn't bother replying. It's been nearly 2 weeks, and they haven't replied.

Books shipped quickly, well packaged, completely as described and at a very good price. Books were described as new and came as new.

I really appreciated the efficiency of delivery and the price point of their leather bound classics. However, the ones I ordered had scuff/ dent marks on all corners of them.
