Outstanding service and excellent knowledge, honest amd trustworthy from the get go. Lucas has been amazing purchasing my birth year watch 1992 Rolex Submariner Date , I feel after only our first call, i could always pick you phone for a chin wag 😁 Thank you Lucas.

Selling a watch these days can be fraught with danger, finding someone you can trust is becoming a rare. So, with this in mind I have to say thank you to Lucas, who was so helpful in arranging a smooth, safe, transaction during the sale of my Rolex Submariner. It was a pleasure to deal with him in every way.

This was the first time I dealt with Lucas. I bought a watch and part exchanged another. Lucas explained the whole process and at all times his communication was excellent. I was very pleased with the watch I bought and thought I got a fair price for the trade in. I’d be very happy to recommend him and there’s a good chance I will buy again.

I recently purchased a 2025 Rolex Submariner Date from Lucas and the team at L Catheralls, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

Lucas was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Communication was clear and transparent throughout, and I felt completely confident in the authenticity and condition of the watch. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with real attention to detail.

It’s clear that Lucas and L Catheralls genuinely care about their clients and the quality of the watches they sell. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and high-quality luxury watch buying experience.

I have very recently (today in fact) received a Rolex GMT Master 16700, with a ‘Swiss’ only dial. I bought the GMT Master from Lucas, and we had a friendly chat in general about watches of all Brands. It was good to hear his perspective. The watch was delivered by Special Delivery the next day, with its Box & Documents. Lucas is Trustworthy and I can recommend his Service.

Great experience, I reached out to Lucas to reserve a 16713 while on my way to Goodwood Revival, communication was spot on.
It was a pleasure to meet him in person, he had prepared everything for us.
When I spotted that the GMT bezel of the watch I was looking to buy was slightly misaligned he promptly addressed it and asked me to double check to ensure I was satisfied.
He is very knowledgeable, has a strong attention to detail and we can definitely see the passion he has for Rolex and its history.
I would definitely recommend him and would buy again.

Repaired my Vacheron Constantin watch… quick with great communication and superb job. Lucas was very attentive and currently looking to buy through him as his prices are extremely good.

Fantastic service and great Communication highly recommended

I couldn’t recommend l.catheralls and Lucas enough!

He helped me with any questions I had (a lot) promptly and also went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my end purchase.
He really wanted me to have a watch on my wrist that I would enjoy and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
His descriptions are super accurate and his pricing is really fair.

He is a true professional and perfectionist and a rare find in the watch trading world as he really does care about his customers.
I won’t buy or trade watches with anyone else in the future.

Thanks again

Simon

We purchased a Rolex watch from Lucas for my dad’s 70th Birthday. Lucas was very knowledgeable, kind and patient with my dad. Great experience and good to deal with a nice genuine gentleman.

Excellent, quick and efficient service from Lucas. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a quick instant price for my Rolex watch. It was the best quote I had around Portsmouth. I couldn’t recommend him anymore.

Thank you once again Lucas, I will be back very soon

What a lovely experience we had purchasing my platinum diamond ring. We showed Lucas a picture of what we wanted and he recreated it perfectly and for a very reasonable price! Great after sales care too, we will definitely return!
