The fish I've bought never been delivered. The seller do not respond to my emails. Stay away from this seller. Not recommended business.

Dear Tomasz, We sent your products and you told courier to leave with your neighbour, but your neighbour rejected and returned to us. After investigated we realised was your fault. however, as good practice we refunded all your money paid even we make loss. We have all evidence to proof this issue cause by client. It's very dishonest give a review after get your refund and lying to others. If you try order again we will automatedly reject and issue refund again as we are not interested deal with trouble makers.

Dear Sarah, we deal with very fresh products and if fish is not available or poor quality. we just simple dont send as there is no point to send old fish to clients. I have not received my order
I have not received my order so why do send me an email to rate you? I could not rate you, total logic. You are being a child not me. I shall wait for my refund . These are the responses I am getting because I never received my order: “Why do you behave like a child?
Give me a 1 star score just because you can wait?
What nasty child you are.
Don't even try buy from us as we are not interested to do business with you”. This is bullying in my eyes. .

Dear Madam
As I told to the customer as UK Exit Brexit and some product from Europe takes more time to arrive than usual due of paperwork and transportation. Customer was not willing to wait and refund was issue immediately.
Some people still behave like a child and need to give poor star because we was not able to send quickly.

Refund was issue on 03/07/2024 as customer been requested. Unfortunately, we had issue on our website in June of 2024 which was after fix it by our technical team.
We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience may cause
Order did not arrive but was reimbursed fully
I ordered a fish for special occasion but fish did not arrive.
Communication with the owner was great and he reimbursed all.

We use a third party company call DPD Local. DPD Local lost our customer parcel and we reimbursed customer.
