Ordered new extractor on 07 Feb 25 & it was delivered in perfect condition by Lee on 13 Feb 25.
Lee checked the extractor out to ensure it had not been damaged or marked, which it hadn’t. He then repacked it before requesting my signature for receipt.
Altogether a very professional & welcome service all round. Thank you.

I purchased a luxair extractor 4 years ago. The hoods are expensive, but they look good and work well. The engineering is quite basic.

Just taken delivery of our Induction…
Just taken delivery of our Induction Hob and Down Draft Extractor. What a pleasure to deal with a British company run by such nice helpful people who obviously pride themselves in providing excellent products and customer service from the moment we placed the order to taking delivery. The delivery driver was excellent. Polite and knowledgeable, taking time to open the hob to check that it wasn't damaged. Would definitely recommend this company.

My purchase of an 1100mm cooker hood…
My purchase of an 1100mm cooker hood has been good from initial enquiry to delivery. They were happy to take technical questions and offer advice on flu dimensions etc.
I opted for the free delivery which took around 8-10 days, but was then delivered by Lee a Luxair driver who communicated well all the way to the door and happily took the time to open up the box to check the product and offer advice. Would definitely use again.

After Sales Service
I had to remove our cooker hood and conduit to redecorate the kitchen. The reassembly proved to be a real challenge. After 3-4 frustrating hours I phoned the company and was put in touch with "Simon". He helped solve the problem. I was most grateful for his assistance, sense of humor and patience.

Exceptional Service That Goes Above and Beyond!
A fantastic company with incredible people to deal with! I was on my way to collect my kitchen extractor fan from Leeds on a Friday (they’re closed on weekends, and I had a fitter scheduled for the next day). Unfortunately, my car broke down about 40 minutes away. I called the company to see if there was any chance they could deliver it that day. It was already 2 PM, and they close at 4:30 PM, so I knew I wouldn’t make it in time.
The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke to Dave in the warehouse, who went above and beyond to arrange for my order to be delivered within the hour. I can’t thank them enough for their exceptional service. I highly recommend this company!

Great customer service. Very quick reply to emails. Sensible and helpful suggestions to queries. We thought there was a fault with the extractor (it was an electrical fault in the house). Luxair were extremely helpful and sent a replacement part very quickly. Allowed us to return when not needed. Highly recommended

Great communication
Had a "problem" with our cooker hood. Throughout the customer service was excellent, prompt email responses and suggestions to remedy the issue. In the end it was an electrical issue and nothing at all to do with the hood. Can't fault them, or as it appears, their cooker hood.

Induction hob purchase
Following an excellent experience with the recent purchase of an extractor we decided to also buy an induction hob from Luxair. Once again it was a smooth experience from start to finish - Lee the (friendly and knowledgable) delivery driver checked the goods were undamaged and provided some very useful product information. The hob and extractor won't be installed for a while but if the products match the service in quality I will be delighted!

We had survey, purchase and installation
We had survey, purchased and installed cooker hood by Luxair. We took the advice, and decided the model cooker hood for our kitchen. The installation job was fantastic. Simon and Jim (Appologise if I remember the names incorrectly) setup the protection indoor and outdoor before the work, their work was just clean, neat, and prompt. After work, they cleaned up the site, and brushed all the dust. They also made tests to ensure everything was fine. Very professional. We feel our property was respected, and we are very satisfied.
