Managed to sell my items at an acceptable price point. It wasn't too low, compared to other companies that offers a buyout. Also, they really accommodated my request in terms of delivering the item to them. So in the near future, I will definitely approach them first when I decide to let go on some of my items.

Luxury Collection are always ever so friendly and helpful. My favourite place to buy Hermès handbags from as it is a much more pleasant experience than visiting London in the hope of being able to purchase a bag. I highly recommend them as everything is authentic and they sell some very hard to find pieces.
