The company total relief is a ripoff. They keep sending me orders that I didn’t ask for. And I can’t contact them. They have replied but I can’t answer back because their email is in valid.

This company over priced the product "Total Relief" and sent an additional product that I didn't order. In addition, I found it impossible to contact them.

I ordered an item on March 4th, it's going on 6 days and absolutely NO email of tracking number, but yet they say the ship out 24 hours after an order! No one will respond to my multiple emails. I could kick myself for once again falling for internet products 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ So.... for ALL you out there who want to order something off of this website, PLEASE don't!

Esperienza pessima presso Luxury Zone. Ho acquistato un orologio Locman che ho usato pochissimo, ma che ha presentato fin da subito problemi: prima il cinturino (ho dovuto incollare io il passante), poi le lancette non più allineate e in più la corona rotta.
Nonostante sia in garanzia, il negozio si rifiuta di ripararlo gratuitamente sostenendo, tramite il loro orologiaio, che l’orologio sia caduto. È falso: l'orologio non ha mai subito urti. Sembra una tattica per non rispondere dei difetti di fabbrica e costringere il cliente a pagare (mi hanno chiesto 63€).
Trovo assurdo che un punto vendita di questo livello tratti così i clienti, mettendo in dubbio la loro parola pur di non coprire i costi di un prodotto palesemente difettoso. Mi sono rifiutata di pagare: glielo lascio lì, perché non intendo investire un solo euro in più in un negozio che non dà garanzie. Se cercate assistenza e qualità, comprate altrove. Mi hanno anche bloccata

It did not work at all
It did not work at all, not even a little bit, for me. I can see the material clogging my pores. Despite following the instructions very carefully and reaching out to support and using every one of their tips, it did not remove even a little bit of pore dirt. I even have a commercial clothing steamer with a high steam output that I carefully used to steam my face, and also tried exfoliating first before one session. After 3 attempts I gave up, and sadly there are no returns or refunds due to it being a personal product. The most upsetting part is creating e-waste, because no one else will be able to use this device now.

If a refund was offered in Good faith
If a refund was offered in Good faith, it should have been given. It should not be set on a timeframe.
Since I didn’t receive after O was promised, it sows how unreliable Luxury Confidence is. Therefore, I feel I should let everyone know.
If I receive my refund of $167. I will not have to post bad reviews and will be able to post a positive that I received my refund as promised.
Dishonest and unprofessional
This shows I was threatened to delete my review in order to receive a refund they promised me. That is unethical to lie about a situation if it's not true. I still have not received my refund of $167.73. I feel this is dishonest and not professional.
"As part of our agreement and in good faith, please confirm whether both reviews have been removed, and then I will inform the refund team to issue the $167.73."

I spoke to Sylvia every time I reached out for help. She was absolutely helpful. I had issues with the blackhead remover and the company offered for me to keep the remover for 3 additional months to see if I still had problem with it. I continued to have difficulty with the system after all the instructions they offered to help me utilize the unit properly and as soon as the next 3 month passed, I reached out again to explain that it didn’t work for me and Sylvia was again the person I spoke to to help get my return processed. I received a full refund with the help of Sylvia and all her understanding of the fact that the unit did not work for me. This system is a great invention but it is not the right system for my face. I appreciate all the help from Sylvia and the company for helping me and still allowing me to return it since it did not work for me. Thank you again for everything.

This company went above and beyond in addressing an issue I had with their product. All I had to do was prove that I was telling the truth, and they gave me the hassle-free solution I was looking for! I appreciate companies like these because honestly mistakes will happen no matter what company it is; it is how the company addresses and corrects the mistakes that matters most.

Poor website, poor quality, poor service
Product turned up rather quickly, but it is very cheaply made. Sure it works, as good as a $20 one, but you have to get filters for it which I have no idea how because their website is so awful to use.
Why did I buy it? I got it for my partner as a gift, I thought it would help his acne.
It’s useless for acne.
When I contacted the company and said it doesn’t work like your website says it will, they were very blunt in saying can only return if unopened - what a crock!
So it took a PayPal dispute to get a proper response, and an offer of 70% refund, like much of these terrible Chinese companies offer. I decided to take that offer, because it seems barely ok for skin cleaning, not acne, and maybe it will serve some purpose down the track… cleaning a keyboard? I can’t use it for a long while, as I’ve had facial surgery and I tried just a little test and it was painful with the nerve sensitivity. So do consider things like that. That part is not their fault.
What annoyed me was the poor customer service until disputed.
Find one that’s not online, see what extras it comes with, because this one is cheaply done.

False advertising - pricing in USD for Australian Facebook ads
Advertised on Facebook (I'm in Australia) and nowhere does is mention the prices are in USD. I have contacted them to cancel my order via email and am waiting to hear back. I am leaving this review now because people outside the US need to know and they need to rectify this ASAP. It increased the purchase price by over 50% for me, which I cannot afford. I look forward to my order being cancelled, the charges being reversed, and the company updating their advertising so the pricing is correct for the country seeing the advert.
Edited to add (20/07/2025): they have now cancelled and refunded my order but they tried to tell me they couldn't because it had already been processed, it wasn't until I advised I would contact the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) and my credit card company to reverse the charges that they cancelled my order. I would not trust this company, anywhere outside of the US the prices are falsely advertised and they tell you they won't refund the order (until you push the issue) even after admitting fault, which I have in writing.

UNHONEST COMPANY
Terrible service ESPECIALLY a major grey area in terms of a “warrenty policy”. After a year of occasional use on my wife, they dare repetitively tell us “ as part of our warranty policy, we do require a short video showing the issue with the device. This is a necessary step to document the problem and file a replacement request with our logistics team”
Mind you, 2 representatives have already approved of our replacement due to us providing them with the email used for purchase & our order number(like they asked). So we disposed of the non-working blackhead remover(wasn’t charging) because we already offered to return it in hopes of an exchange but they said it “wasn’t necessary”. I would advise to be weary when working with this company’s customer service. Very unreliable.
Also! We asked for a courtesy since this was our very first purchase not to mention we initially also bought the “deal” they had which included about 12 pieces of the replacement & the cream cleanser. They still repeated their statements oriented around “video” proof being required which im sure they will try to update their policy after this but I already took screenshots/recordings of what it actually says.
UPDATE: So if you’re reading this part of the review you’ve seen how poorly they are able to deal with customers request even though they say they will do exactly what is being requested. So they have emailed me and requested this review is either updated or deleted then they will resend the product. So here is the update. Y’all too can get replacement, they are willing to work with thier customers as long as you do your end of the bargain. 🤣
UPDATE:After days of awaiting shipment of the item, they have sent this message repeatedly
“ Your replacement has already been processed and forwarded to our fulfillment team, and we have requested expedited delivery. I’ll send over the tracking details as soon as they become available.
If you’ve had a chance to consider updating or removing your review in the meantime, we would be truly grateful — your support really makes a difference for our small business.
Please confirm whether it has already been removed, so I can use this as proof when I update the Product Team”
Then we responded with “ Thank you for the update. We will definitely update the review upon our hopefully timely receiving of the replacement.”
But all they seem to think is that we should remove our review before they actually resolve customer/client care so we decided to abstain from their failed attempt at seemingly blackmailing us & told them to keep their business, yet they said they’ll send us to their expert team which will respond in 48hrs.
BE WEARY WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

The customer service representative I dealt with was amazing and deserves 5 stars. They helped me and kept me informed throughout my whole refund process.The company on the other hand deserves no stars. The falsely advertised their products and their refund policy. Their promotional material indicates you have a 30 day money back guarantee. You do not get 30 days, you get 14. And to boot, you can only get a refund if you have not taken the plastic wrap off the product(s). Mind you, they send out some of their products not in plastic wrap. In my opinion this is so they can deny or lessen your refund amount. Feels like a scam. I would not recommend this company to anyone. NOTE to the company, the only reason I gave 4 stars was due to your customer service representative that handled my refund. The 4 stars are for them not your company.
