Unless you live down the road from these guys DO NOT BUY.
They do not deliver , and just ignore your e-mail asking for tracking numbers, confirm receipt of bank transfers and the like.
you only get 1 e mail with a lame excuse for not getting back to you and then NOTHING.
Happy to change my review if I receive my product paid more than 1 month ago, we will see.
There are a lot of bad operators in the field of vanilla . Is this one of them ?
EDIT The product eventually arrived more than ONE MONTH after the payment, and with no further contacts, no tracking number, nothing.
I thought I lost the 1000 Australian dollars I paid.
The Vanilla beans were good but the ordering/selling process has a long way to go before raising to the level of the product itself.
There you go , I kept my word of changing the review, in case the product arrived.
